i know a brother who has a disobiedient wife who constantly antagonizes him and continues even after it is requested that she stops. It is thought that she has left the salat but still acknowledges that it is obilgatory. The brother has tried to reson with her and remind her of the benifits of being a dutifull wife and the benifits of prayer. All of this being said the wife is now in Idaah(talaq was pronounced just once). Is it obligatory for him to continue to provide maintnace for her due to her actions? also is there any final form of divorce other than a khula? insha Allah he needs some naseehah.
