Assalamua'laikum waRahmatullaahi waBarakaatuh,

Ya ikhwan wa akhawat.

My children are 3 and 5 years old. How should i go about teaching them on Islam? What do i start with first? Do i teach them on the Arabic alphabets, then proceed with memorisations and reading and writing? And what about Tawheed and Aqidah ? How do we explain to them about Allaah azza wajalla? Can a 3 and a 5 year old understand?

Just some questions that have plaqued me. Hope i can get some answers.
Shukran jazilan wa BarakAllaahu feekum.

Wassalaamua'laikum

Abu Rashideen

Whosoever contends with the Messenger, even after guidance has been clearly conveyed, & follows a path other than the Believers', We shall leave him in the path he has chosen & land him in Hell, what an evil destination.[An-Nissa:115]
