In The Name Of Allah The Most Merciful The Bestower Of Mercy

The Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) said:

''CURSED IS HE WHO APPROACHES A WOMAN AT HER REAR END'' (i.e. one who has sexual intercourse with a woman in the anus) (hadith reported by Imam Ahmad 2/479. saheeh al Jaami no: 5865)

The messenger (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) also said:''Indeed Allah is not shy of the truth.  Do not have intercourse with women in their rectums'' (hadith reported by Imam Nasaa-ee, Ibn Maajah and others. authenticated by Imaam Al Albaanee in saheeh al Jaami No: 933, 934, 1852, 7711)

Sheikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:

''If he (the husband) performs intercourse with her in the rectum and she allows him to do that, they should both be punished (by the Islaamic authority).  If they do not then stop that, they should be separated from each other. ''  (Majmoo ul Fataawee 32:266-268)

WE ASK ALLAAH TO DISTANCE US FROM SUCH FILTH AND PERVERSION

              THE PERMISSIBILITY OF PLURAL MARRIAGE

For an individual to give free rein to however many women he desires to wed is a matter that will lead to disorder, oppression and incapability to fulfil the rights of the wives.

However, the limiting of man to one wife (only) has the potential to result in evil and the fulfilment of lust by other prohibited avenues.  The Legislator (ash-Shaari) has therefore made multiplicity of wives (up to four) permissible for mankind.  Multiplicity of wives is permissible for the one who is able to bring about equity and fairness (amongst them), establish the rights of the wives, so that he may fulfil his need to have more than one (lawfully)

Allaah the Most High says:  ??then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three or four andif you fear that you will not be able to deal justly then only one???(Nisaa 4:3)   (Source: ??A Concise Manual Of Marriage?? from Sheikh Uthaimeen. Page 35.  Translator: Dawud Adib)

                               JUSTICE TO BOTH WIVES

One must fear Allaah with regards to equal treatment towards wives.  Do not favour one wife above another, rather spend equal nights with each of them; and spend equally on them.

On the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Messenger (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) said:

??When a man has two wives and he is inclined to one of them, he will come on the Day of Judgement with a side hanging (i.e. paralized on one side of his body)??. (collected by Imam Abu Dawud. No:2128)

On the authority of Aisha, When the Messenger of Allah (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) intended to go on a journey he cast lots among his wives, and the one who was chosen by lot went with him.  He divided his time, day and night (equally), for each of his wives, except that Saudah daughter of Zam?ah gave her day to Aisha. (collected by Abu Dawud. No:2133)

We ask Allaah for safety.

The Description Of The Woman Who is Sought For Marriage

Marriage is intended for pleasure and enjoyment, the establishment of a righteous household and a safe, secure society?.So with that, the woman who should be married is one whom the completion of these two goals are achieved by.  She is the one described by Actual, Real Beauty and Abstract or Intangible Beauty.

ACTUAL BEAUTY

As for actual or real beauty, then this is the perfection of physical traits, because whenever the woman possesses pleasant outward features, sweet speech, and is a coolness to the eye when gazed upon, then the ears incline towards her expressions, the heart will open to her, the chest will expand for her, the soul will find solace in her and the meaning of the verse will be fulfilled in her, where the Most High said:

??And among His signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy.?? 30:21

ABTRACT BEAUTY

The abstract or intangible beauty is perfection of religion and character, for whenever the woman is exceptional in terms of religion and character, this is more beloved to the soul and a safer choice for the suitor.

Therefore, the woman who has religion, carries out the commandments of Allaah, preserves and protects the rights of her husband, his bed, children and property, assists him regarding obedience to Allaah, the Most High, if he forgets she reminds him, when he becomes sluggish, she invigorates him and when he becomes angry, she pleases him.

The refined woman is endearing towards her husband and respects him.  She will not delay anything he desires to be expedited nor will she rush that which he wants her to postpone. The prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wa sallam) was asked, (which of the women are best)? He replied ? The one who pleases him when he looks at her, obeys him when he orders her and does not oppose him regarding herself or his wealth (and property) with what he dislikes?. COLLECTED BY IMAM AHMAD, 2 / 251.

He (sallal laahu alaihi wa sallam) also said ? Marry those who are loving and fertile in having children for indeed I will be multiplied (with followers) and be able to boast among the Prophets (or he said nations). COLLECTED BY IMAM ABU DAAWOOD IN THE ??BOOKOF MARRIAGE #2050.

So if he is able to marry a woman of whom inward and outward beauty is found, then this is true completion and happiness, success from Allaah.

BE MINDFUL O BELIEVING WOMAN

The Messenger (sallal-laahu alayhi wa-sallam) said:

??If a man called his woman to his bed, but she refused him and he slept angry with her, she will be cursed by the Angels until the morning?? (Bukhaari)

The Messenger (sallal-laahu alayhi wa-sallam) said:

??Any woman who asks her husband for divorce for no good reason will be denied the scent of Jannah?? (Saheeh Jaami, No:2703)

We ask Allaah for safety

KINDNESS AND PATIENCE TOWARDS OUR WIFE (VES)

Allah said:

??Live with them (your wives) in kindness; even if you dislike them, perhaps you dislike something in which Allaah has placed much good?? Qur?aan 4:19

The prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

??The best of you are those who are best to his family, and I am the best of you toward my family?? (As-Saheehah, No:285)

The prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) also said:

??The believers who are most complete in faith are those with the best manners; and the best among them are those who are best (in treatment) to their women?? (As-Saheehah, No:284)

The prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) also said:

??Indeed, whatever money you spend on your family, you will be rewarded for it, even for a morsel of food that you raise in your wife?s mouth?? (Bukhaari and Muslim)

The prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

??He who believes in Allaah and the Last Day, when witnessing a matter, should say a good thing or remain silent.  Take good care of women, because the woman was created from a rib, and the most curved part of a rib is the top part.  So if you insist on straightening it you break it, and if you leave it, it will remain bent.  So take good care of women?? (Muslim)

So exercise patience with the believing women O slaves of Allaah because in that is immense good, as Imaam Sadi (rahimahullaah) said:

??As for divorce, then Allaah has permitted it especially when there is need for it.  And if there is no need for it, then it is incumbent upon the husband to exercise patience with his wife, especially if she (the wife) has borne children for him.  Indeed, a lot of good is found in exercising patience with her (in both religious and worldly affairs), and the praiseworthy outcome that are (achieved) from that.?? (Noorul Ba-saa-ir. P.45)

We ask Allaah to include us amongst those foremost in establishing this patience and kindness towards our wives.

LOOK TO THE ONE YOU MARRY YOUR PRECIOUS ONE/DAUGHTER TO

Sheikhul Islaam (rahimahullaah) said:

If he is persistent upon sin, then he is not to be married to, as some of the Salaf said:

??He who marries his precious one/daughter to an evil doer, then he has severed her womb?? (Majmoo ul Fataawa 32/61

He (rahimahullaah) also said in Majmoo ul Fataawa 32/184

And Allaah has made permissible for the Muslims to marry the ahlul kitaab (i.e. the women of the Jews and Christians), and the ahlul kitaab (the men of the Jews and Christains) ARE NOT TO MARRY THE WOMEN OF THE MUSLIMS.  That is because marriage is a type of bondage, as Umar (radiyallaahu anhu) said:

??Marriage is bondage, so let one of you look to the one he gives his precious one/daughter to in bondage.??

And Zaid Ibn Thaabit(radiyallaahu anhu) said:

??The husband is a master in the Book of Allaah (i.e. referred to as a master in the Qur?aan), and he recited:

??They both found her master (i.e. her husband) at the door?? Qur?aan: 12:25

Look To The Woman You Choose For Marriage

Marriage is from the most important aspect of companionship, and due to that the Arab name his wife ??A COMPANION??.   Likewise, with regards to the haal (the state of an individual), if the woman is corrupted in her religion or character, she is disregarded.  Rather, he (the man) does not yearn for her since nobility will not be found in her.

And whoever marries her for the sake of WEALTH OR BEAUTY hastens to that which will be regret for him as a result of the choice he made.   And with regards to soundness in the religion, nothing upright (in that regard) will be found in her.  Perhaps she will become a trial for him due to what is with her of deprivation in her religious affairs, eventually causing the man to fall short in his CONDUCT AND NOBILTY.  Refuge is sought with Allah.

Imaam Dhahabee (rahimahullaah) said that Salamah bin Alqamah relates from Ibn Seereen (rahimahullaah) who said:

Imraan Ibn Hattaan married a khaarijiyyah (a female khaarijee), and said: ??I will bring her back?? (i.e. make her leave her misguidance).

Ibn Seereen (rahimahullaah) said: ??However, she converted him to her way??

We ask Allaah for safety

Safeguard From The Fitnah Of Women

Sheikh Saaleh al Fawzaan stated:

Safety from the fitnah of women is by way of lowering the gaze, and distancing oneself from observing and chasing after them.  Allaah (Jalla-Wa-ala) said:

??Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts from (illegal sexual acts).  That is purer for them.  Verily, Allaah is All-Aware of what you do?? (Q, 24:30)

So you lower your gaze from that which Allaah has made forbidden, and you do not enter places of fitnah in order to be safeguarded from it.  This is from the means to safety from fitnah.
