Assalamu alaykum,

I don't know if this is a fiqh issue or what but it has to do with the husband's rights when the spouses live with their in-laws.

(...) Nor is it permissible for her to admit anyone to his house except with his permission.  -Bukhari & Muslim on the Authority of Abu Hurairah

So what is the case when the husband and wife live in the house of the wife's mother?

Baarik allahu feekum
