In The Name of Allah, The Merciful, The Bestower of His Mercy
It pleases us to inform that the noble Scholar Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ghudayan, member of The Senior Committee of Scholars in Saudi Arabia, has agreed to conduct lessons (translated) with the western brothers and sisters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In fact, these lessons started the second day after Eid al-Fitr 2007.
The lessons are held every Friday after Isha in the masjid where the Sheikh normally gives his lessons in Al-Ma'thar ash-Shamali area of Riyadh. The works that the Sheikh is going thru include:
- Usool ath-Thalatha - The etiquettes of walking to prayer - Forty Hadiths of Nawawi - Tafsir of Juz 'Amma
The Sheikh also allows time for questions and answers at the end of every lesson.
May Allah preserve the Sheikh and grant him tawfeeq in statements and actions. May Allah also bless the individual responsible for arranging the gathering.
Note: - Permission to record the lessons has been granted by the Sheikh, so we anticipate the audio lectures to be available on the net for free in the near future. - As mentioned above, sisters can follow the lessons from the female prayer area in the masjid.
