good question. what's needed is a bachelors degree and tefl certificate. All those that sent email and cv that don't meet that qualification won't be considered because the Saudi Embassy where you'll go to pick up your visa will not release to you a work visa until they screen your degree and unless you have some inside connection at the  Saudi Embassy, you can't get the visa to enter as a teacher without a degree. Sorry I didn't mention that. If you can earn a BA degree in English it will almost gurantee "hijrah" to Saudi Arabia. Along with some volunteer teaching experience you can't go wrong in such an investment. Those who are already in the kingdom will be considered even without a degree as long as you can transfer sponsorship.
