Shaykh Rabee: the Haddaadiyyah are Offshoots of the Qutbiyyah - And the Realities of Bashmeel and Faalih

And the Haddaadiyyah are the excretions of the Ikhwaan and Qutbiyyah. Now they are carrying the flag of war against Ahl us-Sunnah and are treating them as Murji'ah and Hizbiyyoon... and they (alone) are the pure Ahl us-Sunnah (according to their) claim.
And they (the Haddaadiyyah) are from the offshoots of the Qutbiyyah, and from their tail-ends, and they call themselves the pure Ahl us-Sunnah (out of a) lie and (out of) falsehood.
The first Haddaad reviled al-Abaanee and authored a book regarding him calling it "al-Khamees" and it being around 400 pages, filling it with lies and wickedness, and he made its title "We are not Khawaarij nor Murji'ah". And from that time he was delirous (i.e. mad and consumed) with (the issue of) al-Irjaa.
And the Haddaadiyyoon continue upon his way. In fact, (they went on) more severe than him, and at the head of them Abdul-Lateef Bashmeel, jealousy against Ahl us-Sunnah does not allow to him to be at ease, and amongst them (i.e. those from Ahl us-Sunnah against whom he has jealousy) is Shaykh al-Albaanee, and he is jealous against Ibn Baaz and al-Uthaymeen and others from the Scholars of the Sunnah. However he is not able to face up (to them), so he conceals himself behind them in order to strike al-Albaanee. And he was nurtured upon this vile way.
And Faalih was a friend of Abdul-Lateef and Fareed al-Maalikee, and when we directed this biting criticism towards them, he (Faalih) used to be amicable with them and walk alongside them and I do not know when he left them, outwardly or inwardly - Allaah knows best - but the effects of al-Haddaadiyyah used to appear from him and we, and some of the Mashaayikh, would offer him pieces of advice, up until these days came and he carried the flag of Haddaadiyyah, and he used to say, "al-Albaanee is my teacher and... and... and those who ascribe al-Albaanee with Irjaa are Khawaarij" and he would fluctuate and fluctuate and he would sometimes mutter revilement upon al-Albaanee (accusing him) with Irjaa, and other times he would make open defence of him!!
He changes colours like a chameleon in the issue of al-Albaanee and other (issues). Then lately he openly stated that Rabee has blindly followed al-Albaanee in the issue of Irjaa and in the issue of Shart Kamaal (a condition of perfection [of Imaan]) - I, by Allaah, fought against this expression, "Actions are a condition of perfection", I believe, before all of the people, and I do not cease to do that, I believe this occurred from me in the year 1415H...
