Those who have always sat on the fence

The aggressive wing (A2) is headed by Alum Rock in Birmingham.

Part 3

Alum Rock has a well-documented history of fitnah making.
  It was their lies that led to the differences between SP and Darul Hadith.  They held meetings with the mukhalifeen of Luton, who even scolded them for their political games.        

And when caught by our brothers at SP, after causing fitnah between SP and Darul Hadith, Alum Rock returned asking for reconciliation with Darul Hadith, but at the same time secretly planning and plotting alongside the worst enemies of the salafis to destroy SP, and taint Darul Hadith forever wal-laahul musta-aan.  

And which shayaateen amongst the jinns and inns whispered to them, leading them to believe that Darul Hadith was going to help them wage war against Salafis whoever they may be, and which sky would have shield us from the punishment of Allah had we intended this.  Perhaps Alum Rock wonders why Darul Hadith made sulh with them but are now mentioning their faults.

Political games in during the early days:

And even during the earliest days after the sulh, Alum Rock began to show clear signs of untrustworthiness.  Two incidents will prove this.  

During the earliest days of the sulh, Alum Rock used to visit a brother in Manchester who was critical of SP due to a student of knowledge from Pakistan.  Alum Rock would visit this brother requesting for information against Abu Khadeejah.

This brother would then inform me about the intentions of Alum Rock and on one occasion, after it had already been made clear to Alum Rock?s rep that they should not take matters into their own hands, Alum Rock went on to gather few individuals in private to plot and plan.  

When informed about this secret meeting of theirs, we contacted their mouthpiece rep and informed him about the activities of his infantry.  
Whether the rep scolded them or not is unknown to us, but Ejaz did come to me afterwards and enquired about my relationship with this brother, and then advised me to be careful of what I narrated to him, as this brother narrated without thinking. (Alum Rock knew that this brother narrated exactly what they said in private. Therefore, their advise against this brother was no more than an attempt to put doubt in Gambi?s heart so that he will not testify to the information given by this brother about them. This brother knew many of their plans.)  

And By Allah, this brother has not lied to me once since I knew him 7 years ago.  This made me more vigilant and I regularly enquired about their activities as they still visited this brother occasionally.                

On another occasion, and this was the very first linkup with sheikh Ubaid at hamd house.  Alum Rock had invited Yusuf a well-known subscriber to the manhaj of Jamia Ahle hadees in Coventry to help with the event.  But at the same time, they were critical about a clear Salafi brother in Coventry, accusing him of carrying baggage, and were very critical of his attendance.  That is because this brother lives in Coventry and is well aware of the mukhalifeen of his city - therefore, Alum Rock were critical of this brother because he would definitely unveil the condition of Yusuf to the Manchester brothers which he did.

The brother who stopped them in their tracks in this incident was the same brother they scolded for directing people to the website of SP. So Kamran said, "we have abandoned Yusuf because if our rep finds out that we still have links with him, he will be angry with us" (!!) However, abandonment of Yusuf meant nothing because Alum Rock went on to hold secret meetings with the other mukhaalifeen of Luton.

They also sought to use the nine pages of SP against Darul Hadith to attack SP. I witness an incident when Murad told the rep that those nine pages were a matter of the past.  But Alum Rock and the rep did not consider the fact that it was Alum Rock who led to the publication of those nine pages.  

Therefore, if Darul Hadith forgave them for initiating this sad dispute, let alone Maktabah Salafiyyah who were not the initiators.  But Alum Rock thought that that sulh was a base to attack other salafis in order to establish the manhaj they have recently been caught propagating.  And they kept on asking for those nine pages, but we never submitted it to them.  Neither the brother they scolded for referring people to SP?s website nor us submitted to their corrupt demands in this regard.

Indeed, from the actions of these people we come to know that these people were not dedicated to this sulh.  They were stopped in their tracks from the very beginning, but they never learnt.  It was not only out of haste that they behaved this way; rather they were pursuing a particular manhaj.  They intended to use the salafi for their dirty games by keeping them unaware.  They used the likes of Al Allaama Ubaid al Jaabiree (hafidza-hullah) for this sulh, but at the same time allied with those the Allaama and the rest of ahlus Sunnah made inkaar of (i.e. the marabiyyoon.)

However, they could no longer exercise patience with their games in secret, rather it was time for Allah (subhaanahu) to reveal that which was in their hearts.  And had we intended mischief and injustice on other salafis, we would not have stopped Alum Rock in their tracks.  And had we intended revenge on SP, we would have assisted Alum Rock and join the mukhaalifeen Wal-iyaadzo-billah.    

And we have tested Kamran in particular- asking him for all the material against Jamia ahle Hadis, to see where his true loyalties (wala) lie.  For it is a sign of the salafi that he free himself from ahl ul-bida and aid in refuting them and warning the common Muslims from them, but he has failed to submit any evidence to the salafi.   The recent Abdul Haadi affair sheds more light on the reality of Alum Rock.  Indeed, Alum Rock are not willing to submit information against those who are at the front line in waging war against salafiyyah, such as the Ikhwanis in their own town (Jamia Ahle Hadees).  

Ayyuhal Ikhwa, Ayyatuhal Akhawaat, would any salafi hesitate to submit evidence against this Jamia ahlul khabith. Indeed, it is kamran who claimed to have something against this Jamia and he claims that he is against them and knows of their evils. So why have we not seen any refutations and expositions of these people? The reality is that these people have not truly broken off their attachment to the ahl ul-bida within whose maraakiz and masaajid they were originally born, nurtured and educated.

It has become manifestly clear that these unfortunate ones hid within the salafis to destroy them from within.  Then, only repentance is binding upon them at present for playing political games with this blessed manhaj.   And their fate is lesson for all of us, that we all be sincere to the deen of Allah and not play games in the presence of the one Who knows absolutely the very most inner thoughts of men, and free is He (subhaanah) from all that is ascribed as partners to Him.

Indeed, it is a niqma (blessing) from Allah that the clear salafis maintained their true Walaa Wal Baraa during the trial of Alum Rock.  Neither Darul Hadith nor SP sought the assistance of any hizbi in their disputes walhamdulil-lah.   And both these maraakiz of Clear Salafiyyah have come to realise who the real fitnah makers were, both the heads such as (the mashaakil of Urdon- initiators of the UK fitnah network of tamyi and their agents at Alum Rock, Brixton, Luton, Masjid Sunnah in Manchester.etc)

An event (During summer 2003) that had supposedly occurred in Medina (Saudi Arabia) Regarding Abu Hakeem ?Bilaal Davies?


Alum Rocks representative was adamant that he had been informed from his communiqué with certain individuals from the UK in Madinah that a meeting had taken place in which Abu Hakeem and Salafi Publications were criticised.

They claimed that a tape was about to be released regarding this issue.
10 points where ?Salafipublications needed to amend themselves was also extracted from this sitting.'

Till this day we have not seen or heard any such tape. Till this day we have not heard any meeting where Salafi Publications or Abu Hakeem were ever criticised.So this is another deception from Alum Rock's fitnah making network.

If our brothers at SPubs have errors that are clear, then they are our brothers and we advise them as we advise each other. Our way is not to wait in the dark shadows hoping for them to slip so that we can attack them. No, we think good of them and know that they are seekers of truth and they take sincere advice when it is given.

GroupA2

This group is actually the aggressive wing of Group A1, and in fact they are a subset of Group A1. Whereas group A1 are not individuals who seek trouble, even though they hold things in their hearts and have weaknesses in manhaj, and always seek excuses for themselves, Group A2 has goals, agendas, plans, and plots. They seek to harm the salafi. They sit and ponder upon the best plan.  They stay close by, plan and plot to defame, take over the maraakiz of salafiyyah and pollute them with Tamyi.   They come to the Salafi but ally with the Khalafi Hizbee at the same time.

You will hear them say,  "SP should widen its scope and accommodate others", and this was one of the main goals of Alum Rock?s representative and mouthpiece from Loughborough - who would swear by Allah that SP are hizbies (during Hamd House meetings) but would openly declare them salafi in public.  

Important Point:

Ya ikhwaan, take particular care of those newcomers whoever they may be (talib al ilm or not)-those who have recently entered this land and have taken for themselves the role of peacemakers without full knowledge of the circumstances.   Indeed, a lot of valuable time has been wasted in trying to clear up the mess left behind by Alum Rock?s representative and his likes.  These people are ignorant of the circumstances of this land, its people, and the complete history of this land, the dawah here and the individuals. Yet, in the name of rectification they seek to involve the Mashaayikh, make themselves appear to be the peacemakers, yet they actually cause an enormous amount of corruption.

They swear by Allaah that SP are outright hizbies, yes this was witnessed to at hamd house and Allah is our witness, and the witness is alive to testify to this walhamdulil-lah. (Watch out for a more detailed post on this Insha-Allah)  This is also the same game they have played in Manchester.  

This particular rep of Alum Rock pursued personal goals alongside his peace-making mission.   We have heard him say that "SP should widen its scope to accommodate others" and what this means is to accommodate those mukhaalifeen.  Neither Sheikh Ubaid nor sheikh Rabee asked him to make this a condition in the sulh.  Like our respected brother Abu Talhah says, "where do we stop when we make the mosque a place of representation (for every person)"?  Then very soon, the maraakiz of salafiyyah will become democratic, opening a door for every hidden enemy to destroy salafis from within as has happened in Luton.  If groups like the Alum Rock individuals in every place got away with their secret plots and plans, the maraakiz of clear salafiyyah would have been left with a bigger mess to clean up.  And had they been released on this dawah by the recommendations of their rep, the maraakiz of clear salafiyyah would have spent a great amount of effort in repelling their evil.  

So they swear by Allah in private that SP are outright hizbies but would declare them salafi in public.  Indeed, even the shuyookh were not spared of Alum Rock?s and their mouthpiece representative?s two faces.   "Maa bainunaa illal aafiyah" (there is nothing between us except good, pardon) they would say in public to the Sheikhs over the phone when they would ring them to create their fitnah, blatant lies, but in private within their own gatherings and in presence of brothers they were trying to tear away from the Salafis in Birmingham.  

The likes of this representative who played the agenda of Alum Rock are new to this land but consider themselves more aware of the affairs!!  "Do you know SP better than me.  They are hizbi", this was admonishment from Alum Rock?s rep to a brother who lives in the city of Birmingham, who has known SP since the beginning.  This shows the arrogance and baseless claims of these new comers. They move from one set of brothers to another, with no stability, like lost sheep trying to find something, but never reaching it.

And even after being proven wrong, they do not come back to the salafi to accept their mistakes and admit they are not fit for being "peacemakers".  Indeed, It was them who gathered everyone who complained about those known for their salafiyyah, and this gave Alum Rock the golden opportunity to rally support even from outright hizbies of jamia ahle hadis such as Yusuf from Coventry.   This was only in the beginning, and now we find that Alum Rock even allied with the upholders of tamyi at Luton and Brixton, just to destroy and attack the dawah in Birmingham, all for their personal agendas.   By the grace of Allah, this dangerous fitnah network of tamyi is visible to the salafi. A network prepared to send tidal waves of tamyi and utter confusion nationwide wal-laahul mus-ta-aan.    So where are those newcomers who appeal for softness without knowing the affairs, and why do they not accept their mistakes when proven wrong.  Instead of thanking the salafi, they move to another city and gather another group of Mu-mayyi-een under the banner of unwarranted husnul Dzhan and the slogan of akhlaq. In this way they move from city to city, leaving a mess wherever they go.

And you will find that they accommodate those with the worst of ahklaq---those who make false accusations of takfeer, tabdi, violence, and fraud against the salafis.  They are soft towards these compulsive filthy liars who have waraa with ahlul bidah by their own statement, "the khatib at Darul Hadith (Manchester) mentions ahlul bidah too much" but when it comes to ahlus sunnah, the wara of these kadzaabeen is non existent, rather only utter evil comes out from their mouth with accusations of takfeer, tabdi, haddaadiyah, violence, fraud etc.

Strange indeed are these ones who have wara with the mention of ahlul bidah but have no wara when it comes to preserving the honour of ahlus Sunnah.   And strange indeed are those ones who keep the company of such people, and allow their children to be raised in the presence of these compulsive shameless kadzaabeen who have a well-documented history of kadzib.

These newcomers can cause and have caused a lot of fitnah.  They are critical of the maraakiz of salafiyyah and would not listen to what the brothers have to say about those they have known longer than them.  It is very unlikely that the likes of these people (i.e. the newcomers) will present the real facts to any sheikh they visit.  The reason being that they defend the case of those whose history of fitnah making is unknown to them, for the simple reason that they have only just entered this land.

But on the other hand, what excuse can we give the likes of these people who do not even take the advise of those who are long established upon Salafiyyah in this land, and who played a role in giving it prominence over the other dawahs of ikhwaniyaha and tamyi. when it is the case that these new comers have entered this land only few days ago?  They do not take advise and when the true fitnah of those they defended is unveiled and made clear, they run away to another city and leave the mess with the maraakiz of salafiyyah to clean up!!

Therefore, whatever verdict these so called "newcomer peace makers" obtain from the ulema, the clear maraakiz of salafiyyah should not be lazy in contacting the ulema or visiting the them with detail evidences against the ones the newcomers defend and the plots of these people against the salafis.  And it is only a matter of time before we will find out whether the mistakes of these newcomers is due to naivety or that it is a manhaj deficiency ? (i.e. when they are critical of those known for their salafiyyah, but  give an attentive ear to those who openly wage war against the clear maraakiz of salafiyyah).  

While they sought to impose themselves on Darul Hadith to pollute it with tamyi, they were also planning to tear away from those known for their salafiyyah in Manchester.  They started picking on every insignificant issue until they landed themselves in a big disaster just as Alum Rock have done with themselves.(watch out for an article on  the  big disaster of the 7 fattaanoon kadzaabeen Mudhazziloon libyans Insha-Allah)

The aajam infantry of this same Group (A2) in Manchester did their utmost to play politics with us by igniting fitnah.  They would consult SP for advise and then cut and paste words to cause fitnah at Darul Hadith Manchester.  But when the salafis unite and come to know who the troublemakers were, the scheming of these ones is frustrated.

To add more clarity about the manhaj of these Alum Rock individuals, the brothers from Leeds can confirm that Kamran also came to Leeds with his followers (muqallidoon) to debate with a local imaam called Mawlvi Riyaz,who is asharee in aqeedah,deobandee sufi,muqallid,who warns local muslims from salafiyyah. Just to shed some light on this Maulvi Riyaz, he has close ties with Riyadh ul Haq (the sufi of Birmingham).


This debate was recorded but promptly confiscated by his cronies. This was done due to fear the recording may fall into the wrong hands. The debate revolved around issues of fiqh, we were also present. At that time we were unaware of  the manhaj deviations of these Alum Rock individuals. The last issue discussed (but not completed) was do we shake hands with one or two hands. Surely this is not a point of concern when addressing an individual who upholds a batil aqeeadah/manhaj as mentioned above. Who still to this day upholds this heretical aqeedah/manhaj. The only thing that has changed if anything is that he has increased in his war against the salafis.


This adds to what our brothers have mentioned about them earlier that it is from their manhaj to go deliberately to find people to debate with. And whether they are Breilwis, Sufis, or Deobandies, their debates are always fixed around fiqh issues, or issues in which there has been khilaf, even amongst salafi Scholars. Infact we have witnessed that they boast about who has been defeated in a debate, always surrounding issues of fiqh.


Other communications with the infamous Alum Rock, they heavily promoted their urdu dawah to us trying to sell books to some of us by unknown urdu authors, mainly on issues of fiqh and refuting the hanafis!

Another thing that we brothers can confirm is that we were actually present in London in the morning when Alum Rock and their cronies turned up at the Athariyyah conference wanting to speak to Sheikh Fawzee and we witnessed what happened. The Sheikh refused to speak to these immature fattanoon. This is to confirm what our brothers at Athariyyah said about this incident and also our brothers at Dar ul-Hadith.

PART 4.4

Previous and current Events surrounding two books that had been printed by ?Alum Rock? (1) Kitaab Raf al-Yadain (2) The Position of the Hands in the Salah of the Prophet.


On the day of the meeting, ?Alum Rocks? representative in Loughborough had ready yet another dispute that he wished that we should be aware of. (It seemed that he too had recently been made aware of this).  

This issue surrounded 2 books that ?Alum Rock? had published: (1) Kitaab Raf al-Yadain (2) The Position of the Hands in the Salah of the Prophet.

(1) These are Urdu translations into English, which means the narrations of hadeeth have first been translated from Arabic into Urdu by the original authors, which is no problem for the Urdu speaking audience. And then from Urdu into English by ?Alum Rock? who are in reality not even native Urdu speakers, so opening up avenues of error due to two languages after the Arabic original and they do not even have the ability to check without external help because none of them are versed in Arabic either. None of them have studied any of the Sharee?ah sciences, but however can read Urdu!!

(2) He told us that these 2 little booklets had been translated (from Urdu into English) by Kamran, yet ?Salafipublications? had refused to allow him to place his name, as being the translator of the booklets! And he pointed specifically to a golden coloured label on the booklet ?Kitaab Raf al-Yadain? and he told us that, where this particular label was situated on the book this is where they had made him remove his name!!!  (If one has a copy of this book and really wishes to see the reality, please hold up the cover of the book to a light bulb and see what has really been covered up.  And please be assured that it is not his name!!!)

Common sense Point A: ?Salafi Publications? did not write, translate, print NOR publish the books, so how could they have refused ?Alum Rock? anything with regard to these booklets.

Common sense Point B: The gold patch must have been placed due to the request of ?Alum Rock? because it is their booklet.

Common sense Point C: If you look into the cover pages of the booklets you will find the kunyas of the liars of ?Alum Rock?.

Common sense Point D: If you look under the gold patch of the booklet by holding it to the light you will find the name ?Riyadul Haq?. So unless Kamran?s real name is ?Riyadul Haq? then he has again shown his deception, because his representative claimed that Kamaran's name was being removed, and the representative can only have been told this by Kamaran or those with him, unless he made this up himself.

Common sense Point E: In reality this book was ?Alum Rock?s? first attempt at refuting the Sufi ?Riyadul Haq? who holds it permissible to call upon the dead ?peers and saints? for help and make duaa to them (i.e. shirk). So what issue do ?Alum Rock? begin to refute this Sufi in? We will tell you. They refute a person who makes duaa to the dead in the issue of raising the hands before and after ruku and whether the hands should be placed above or below the naval!! And in this way, they claim they are attempting to bring the followers of this Sufi to the true dawah?!! Was this the way of the Prophets and Messengers? Is this where they began when they started calling people away from Shirk? Please all of you read the book ?Methodology of The Prophets In Calling To Allaah? by the Shaikh and Imam Rabi? ibn Haadee. So our brothers at ?Salafi Publications? rightly advised them. But ?Alum Rock?s? arrogance caused them to take this advice as an attack, so ?Alum Rock? launched a dirty tricks campaign against ?Salafi Publications? that has not ended till this day. They travelled up and down the country, deceiving people, making alliances, spreading lies and rumours and attacking the honour of specific people, all because they were given direct, straight-up, frank advice that was based purely upon manhaj by our brothers at ?Salafipublications?.

(3) He told us that Kamaran had not until this day received one single payment for the books that ?Salafipublications? had sold.

Point: ?Salafipublications? clearly explained that ?Alum Rock? know themselves that this is a lie or let them take a mubalah for this false slander.

Even though we now come to find out the answer to these questions, we will allow our brothers from ?Salafipublications to answer them further if they feel the need.  

Please be warned one does not know whether to laugh or cry, but for sure this was another one of ?Alum Rocks? games.  We are not entirely sure if their Representative from Loughbrough actually knew the reality of what had occurred or he too had been mislead or whether he had blinded by his love of them upon ignorance about these books!! And Allaah knows best.

The Manhaj of Brixton in Comparison to the Manhaj of ?Salafipublications?


During one point of the sitting (at Loughborough), Mourad put forward to the Representative the following question:

Murad:?Then if you can accommodate Brixton, you should give more chance to pursue peace with Salafipublications?.

Representative:?Yes I agree.?


Yet still Brixton was accommodated and made to feel welcome even though their situation on manhaj was made clear to the Representative in a summarised way.  

The representative was adamant that Abdul~Haqq had amended his ways, and that he was no longer involved with the ?Jordanians /  Abul~Hasan / Call to Islaam -  Abdul Qadir & Co? that he had made tawbah and was openly refuting all of them. Yet unknown or known to the Representative, Abdul~Haqq / Brixton where getting ready to contribute to the airline tickets of the Jordanians to come to the UK, for their summer seminars!!!  And to this day ?Call to Islaam / Abdul Qadr & Co` still hold that they have a very firm and friendly relationship with Brixton (As can bee seen from the statements of Farasat - above) And the recent statements that Abdul~Haqq had made in Sheikh Rabie?s house (2003) were done just to keep the peace! (All this we have recorded)

Despite all of this, this representative of Alum Rock continued to lead the opposition against our Salafi brothers. Yet at the same time he was prepared to open his arms to those who had problems in manhaj and also those who had personal issues of the dunya.

The involvement of Sheikh Fawzi al-Athari


?Alum Rocks? Representative always made out to Darul~Hadith that he had very strong links with the Scholars, such as Sheikh Rabie? and Sheikh Fawzee al-Athari, and Sheikh Salim at-Taweel.  Thinking that he would win over the hearts and minds of the people coming to their Duroos.  

Their Representative always made it seem that he was acting upon the orders from the Ulaama, and his every actions where reported back to the Ulaama for the next order.  When Mourad al-Jaziree spoke to Sheikh Rabie? before and after 6th April 2003, it became apparent that this was not the case.  And again When Sheikh Fawzee al-Athari refused to sit with them (Alum Rock), in the Summer of 2003, it became even more apparent that even if their had been a link between ?Alum Rocks? Representative and the Ulaama, it had slowly started to break away, as more and more of the reality of what was occurring became apparent to them.

Abdul~Haqq Bakers recent visit to Hamd House and also to Loughborough, whilst on his visit from Saudi to the UK & Their Joint Conference


When ?Alum Rocks? representative had made sulh between ?Alum Rock? and ?Darul~Hadith? he had started to pursue another goal, which was trying to make sulh between ?Darul~Hadith? and ?Brixton?.  (For anybody who is aware of the history of dawah Salafiah in the UK, will know that Murad al-Jaz?iree had always been a strong opponent of Brixton and their Manhaj of disaster (which we will make clear in another discussion ? inshaAllah: Specifically showing the major errors of Brixton).  This plan of ?Alum Rocks? Representative was very quickly laid to rest, when Murad again for the second time showed ?Alum Rocks? Representative all about ?Brixton's major mistakes in manhaj?.  The Representative decided to still pursue communication with ?Brixton? on his own along with ?Alum Rock? even though being well aware of their mistakes.

The first open signs of this cooperation was seen when Abdul~Haqq visited Hamd-House.

POINT OF BENEFIT:
People love to be in the position of making peace between brothers/sisters (which in and of itself is a noble action).  But if the Representative in place to administer the sulh is not aware of the reasons behind the differences in the first place, (i.e. personal or Manhaj) and on top of this the administrator himself does not really have a clue on matters related to Manhaj, He will fail before he starts; do not expect ships to sail upon dry shores.

During Abdul~Haqqs visit to Hamd House we are not entirely sure what was discussed, (as we were not there and neither were we informed beforehand - as communication had almost stopped between us) but what we do know is that not long after a joint conference was organised between ?Alum Rock? and ?Brixton?, a conference that was to be partly held at Brixton and then at ?Hamd House?.  If anything this conference was to be seen as the tensing of the muscles; the laying of the foundations for the new Dawah.  

Organising such events in the Heart land of Birmigham, the venue only a matter of minutes away from  ?the Salafee Masjid? does not exactly send out the correct signals to new brothers and sisters coming to this dawah.  And if it pleases anyone, it pleases the innovators who rejoice at hearing such news.  Yet ?Alum Rock? and their Representative failed to acknowledge this very basic fact which they knew without any doubt, and they continued to make ta`awun with Brixton to create splits amongst the Salafi in Birmingham. This was after Sheikh Rabee's open advice in April of being united.

POINT OF BENEFIT:
Even if you truly do have personal problems with your ?Salafi? Brothers and sisters, your actions should not be such that that you try to harm the dawah in your area/country, as a result of your differences.  (So Use Hikmah O?Salafis).

Concerned about the well-being of ?Alum Rocks? representative (in Loughborough), Murad al-Jazaa?iri, Na?eem and Abdullah Gambi decided to visit Alum Rock?s representative for a final time to make clear to him the disastrous road he was travelling upon, and to try and explain why ?Darul~Hadith? had taken the position they had (even though the advice of Sheikh Rabie? on 06th April 2003 should have been more than enough to know why).

Whilst there (At Loughborough) many issues were discussed from amongst which were:

* Abdul~Haqq Baker's recent visit to Hamd House (the base of the Alum Rock network of fitnah) and also to Loughborough, whilst on his visit from Saudi to the UK.

* The involvement of ?Alum Rock? & their Representative in the forth coming Summer Conference ('THE FLAG OF ISLAM BIRMINGHAM CONFERENCE 2003') along with Brixton ? which was to be held initially at Brixton and then moved to Hamd House.

* The involvement of Sheikh Fawzi al-Athari in trying to bring about islaah

* The Manhaj of Brixton in Comparison to the Manhaj
of ?Salafipublications? in terms of clarity and sticking to the way of the 'ulemah.


* Previous and current Events surrounding two books that had been printed by ?Alum Rock? in which they were trying to refute a 'sufi upon shirk' in fiqh issues!

* The then recently occurred events (During summer 2003) that had supposedly occurred in Medina (Saudi Arabia). These people of fitnah claimed that Sheikh Muhammad Madkhali (may Allaah be pleased with him) and some other scholars had recently organised a meeting. These fitnah makers claimed that they had shown their dislike of ?Salafipublications? in the matters of ?Jarh?.  They claimed a recorded tape from this event  was imminent!

* They claimed they had a statement that our Brother Abu Hakeem (Bilaal Davis) which he was supposedly to have made which clearly showed his deviation in manhaj!

* That ?Alum Rock? should make available to the brothers from Darul~Hadith all of the evidences collated against ?Jami?at ahlul Hadeeth ? UK?

We had clearly stated to ?Alum Rock's Newtork? Representative in Loughborough that we did not want to have anyone else present during this private sitting with him.  On the day the above-mentioned points were discussed, inshallaah we will try to expand upon each point.

They had caught on to the idea that they had Murad al-Jaziree with them, and that would mean that their links with certain Ulaama? would strengthen them thus causing their Dawah to thrive.

One thing that should be noted is that, every week the individuals from Alum Rock had found more individuals who had, had personal differences with ?Salafipublications? so were enticing them into there newly formed dawah.  It had become a gathering of individuals; whose main reason of gathering or the reason of unity was due to their personal grievances with ?Salafipublications?.  

Little did we know at the time that Israar had his own personal agenda, and that these types of gathering where not his cup of tea at all, rather he was still in direct communiqué with Luton, on a completely different road altogether. (This has become more apparent, even to the blind one)

Whilst this was all going on behind the scenes, our brother Murad started to dislike what was occurring, (with Alum Rock and their newly founded dawah) and so he decided to contact Sheikh Rabie?, and put to him the actual situation, and to seek advice.

Sheikh Rabie? strongly advised Murad to do his utmost in helping to bring the Salafis together.

A Live telephone link took place on the 06th April 2003 at the ?Salafi Masjid? in Birmingham.  The Sheikh gave a beautiful advice (naseeha) to brothers from around the UK.

After the naseeha (on the 06th April 2003) of Sheikh Rabie?, Murad stayed behind to speak to Abu Khadeejah and Hasan As-Somalee.  Alum Rock?s reaction to this made it more clear to Darul~Hadith that ?Alum Rock? was not interested in the Sulh (and as can be seen from the above post from our brothers from Baseerah.Com), rather they only desired to use Darul~Hadith against ?Salafipublications? just as they had done in the past (spreading nameemah) which had lead to brothers falling out with each other.

Point of Benefit:
Alum Rock cannot further their aims unless it uses one group of Salafis against another.  (When this proves impossible, their frustration is made apparent.)

After the naseeha of Sheikh Rabie? at the ?Salafi Masjid ? Birmigham?, Darul~Hadith became more distant from Alum Rock and its representative. Darul~Hadith had made up its mind about the incapability of ?Alum Rocks? representative (from Loughbrough) in bringing about peace.  

It was very important that in order to make peace between the brothers that one needed to be neutral, as well as being aware of the history of Alum Rock, Darul~Hadith and ?Salafipublications?.  (This was no longer the case with the ?Representative from loughborough?.)

Walhamdulil-lah, Darul~Hadith took the right decision, as in later months we came to know that ?Alum Rock? and its Representative were now even willing to accommodate Brixton?s Representative ?Abdul~Haqq Baker?, a man known for playing evil games and deceit upon the Salafis and their Ulaama?.  It soon became common knowledge that Abdul~Haqq did finally visit Hamd House and communiqué had finally started between ?Alum Rock? and ?Brixton?. (Abdul-Haqq Baker and Brixtons file is shortly to follow)

The Sulh between Darul~Hadith and Alum Rock.

After a few years of non-communication between Alum Rock & Darul~Hadith.  Alum Rock found themselves exposed due to an 80 page document written by ?Salafipublications? Highlighting there fitnah in the UK. They had finally lost ?Salafipublications? and had already previously lost their brothers from Darul-Hadith (Manchester), due to what their own hands had caused.

Alum Rock found for themselves a representative to plead on their behalf with Darul~Hadith. Murad al-Jazaa?iri was contacted and informed about the intention of Alum Rock (i.e. That Alum Rock wanted to make sulh with Darul~Hadith).  Murad made it clear that Darul~Hadith would not take part in any Sulh until an ?Aalim was consulted.

Their Representative arranged this meeting between Darul~Hadith and Alum Rock in (Loughborough). Darul~Hadith took detailed evidence against Alum Rock on the day of the Sulh to prove to Alum Rock their great mistakes; however, Alum Rock?s representative insisted that the past should be forgotten for the Sake of Allaah.

At one point during the meeting, Kamran in particular requested that Darul~Hadith should destroy the evidences gathered against Alum Rock, and Alum Rock would also do the same.  Murad told Kamran that Alum Rock had no such evidences against Manchester; rather he (Kamran) was playing politics again.   However, the sulh did take place preceded by naseehah (advice) from Sheikh Ubaid (hafidhahullah).

Thus did we give Alum Rock another trial period.  As for Israar (the owner of Hamd House) who had not been mentioned in the sulh beforehand but appeared on the day. Israar said:

??I am the most jaahil regarding the issues of this dawah due to my commitment in running my school.  I did not mean any harm by my statement when I had said ??Who is Sheikh Faleh al Harbi?? as I truly was not aware of who he was.  


Important Note:
An individual from Ashton ? Manchester, who had always heard from the brothers from Darul-Hadith, that Sheikh Falih al-Haribi was an Alim, but returning from Saudia Arabia in 2003, he started to ask 'Is Sheikh Falih al-Haribi' a Talibul ilm' ? Indeed when they went to visit Sheikh Rabie' why did they not ask him this question.  

However, Israar?s falsehood has become more apparent now that we know that he has always been a close ally of the followers of Ma?ribi from Luton.

Indeed from what we saw over the coming months after the Sulh, Israar and Alum Rock are not individuals who are oppressed, rather they are individuals well versed in playing the victim game in order to rally support.

Darul~Hadith had kept largely in contact with Alum Rocks representative. But soon the noble aims that he had talked about in the beginning had started to fall short, as was seen and experienced over the coming months.

Darul~Hadith did visit Hamd House several times when Sheikh Zaid was giving his Duroos.  

We came to notice the imbalance of Alum Rock?s representative and decided to investigate further and found out that this representative had exaggerated the situation, and had fallen victim to the game being played by Alum Rock.  

An Incident that had occurred during the meetings at Hamd House:

Darul~Hadith was also informed about an incident in which a brother was invited to a meeting in which he was severely rebuked by ?Alum Rock? and their Representative.  

And what was his crime?  

He had directed brothers to the ?Salafipublications? website!!!  

One just wonders at the great imbalance of these people and the extent of their hatred against ?Salafipublications? and Allaahs aid is sought.

ikhwaan, david baker said that his words in paltalk were misunderstood.  (i.e. he was not causing fitnah between SP and D. Hadith) However, as we all know from the advise of Sh.Rabee, people should make their identities known if they write anything.  Therefore, we ask david baker to send us an email at ''abumuaawiyah2000@yahoo.co.uk'' with his real name and a salafi that knows him Insha-Allah.

As for the one with the id ''manchester salafi dawah''we know who he is and his plans. His affair will unveil in future if he does not repent.

Al-hamdulillaah was-salaatu was-salaamu 'alaa Rasoolillaaah


Asslaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu,


The way of the Salafi is to seek the advice of the Ulaama', and also he/she values the advice of every Salafi.  Darul~Hadith (Manchester) is from first of those to take advice and to be corrected, especially by the one who is well aware of issues on a particular matter at hand, without going outside the boundaries of fairness and justice.

We are sure that many people, who visit this discussion forum, will be reading articles on this discussion with great interest.  Especially those who live in the UK and are aware of some of the history of 'Dawah Salafia' in the UK.

The salafis have passed through many great trials from many organisations and individuals over the passed years.  Some clear in their hatred and envy towards 'Dawah Salafiah' and others being not so apparent.  But yet their holding fast to the Ulaama' and referring to them in all instances of fitnah, has kept them firm upon clarity.

And how truthful is the statement of our final Prophet Muhammed (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam)

quote:

"Be patient! For indeed there will not come upon you a time, except that after it will be more evil than it, until you meet your Lord" (related by al-Bukharee (13/22 - with al-Fath)


So the Salafeyoon of the UK and USA should not feel disheartened but rather should know that this is the way it is to be, and has been ordained that the year that proceeds will be worse than that which has proceeded.  But rather the one who is Salafi seeks to find those ways that will keep him firm and steadfast during these times of fitan.  

And the advice being for all times - "To carry on seeking the ilm and referring back to the Ulaama and in studying the Sabeel al-Mujrimeen (So as to avoid it)".   And again the Salafeyoon should not feel disheartened in many instances when they see the circle of brothers around them decreasing.  Many whom showed the promise of Salafiyah, but in later periods took off their gown to show their true intent.  But rather the Salafi should remind himself of the following:

Narrated by ibn 'Abbass that?s Allah's Messenger said, 'Nations were displayed before me; one or two prophets would pass by along with a few followers. A prophet would pass by accompanied by nobody?..(part of a long hadeeth - reported by Sahih al-Bukhari)


And also

quote:

There will not cease to be a group of my Ummah, obedient to Allaah's orders. They will not be harmed by those who desert them, nor those who oppose them until Allaah's order comes about and they have ascendancy over the people. (Reported by al-Bukharee and Muslim)



So it will come to pass that individuals will desert this Taa'ifah.  And desertion only comes after proclaiming to be part of it.

So My Brothers and Sisters may Allaah keep the Salafeyeen firm all over the world, especially during trials and tribulations?Ameen

One such Fitnah which came to pass in the UK, was the Fitnah of the individuals from Alum Rock (those being none other than, Kamraan, Ejaaz, Imran and the individuals along with them) and the Proprietor of Hamd House, 'Israar'.

And no individuals have had their (first hand) fair share of dealings with these individuals, than the clear salafis here.

Due to these individuals having created a great Fitnah/confusion for the Salafis, (Who are not aware of them greatly) we would like to expose some of their evil plots, and desires.

We will Present you with some events that took place between the brothers from Darul~Hadith and Alum Rock.

what is the stance that should be made by those salafees who work for him at his school and those who have children at Hamd House? Before when he was called a Hizbee many people decided not to aid his school anymore, and removed their children.

THE MARIBIYYOON IN MANCHESTER AND THE JAMIA AHLE HADEES CONNECTION

Here we will demonstrate that Jamia Ahle Hadis, the Maribiyyoon and their Masjid and the Ikhwani masjid are all connected and they affiliate with each other and ally with each other, and that they are all opposed to the Salafi.

It is commonly known that the masaajid of Jamia Ahle Hadis (Ahlus Siyaasah) are all connected to one another. This organization has many disturbing deviations in manhaj.  One regards them closest to the Sunnah as regards issues of Tawheed, and you will find that the Salafis always prefer to pray behind them if they themselves have not established a masjid of Ahlus Sunnah, or face difficulty reaching one. So because by and large they do not manifest clear deviations in Tawheed, you find that Salafis pray behind them.

At the time there was no Salafi Masjid, the Salafis of Birmingham prayed behind Jamia Ahle Hadith for many years despite this organizations?s deviation in many affairs of manhaj as they had no choice and their bidah did not reach kufr.  One should refer to the exposition of SP concerning the disastrous manhaj of the devious Ikhwani Mulla Abdul Haadi at Green Lane Masjid (Jamia Ahle Hadith)

Makki Masjid, Beresford Street, Longsight, Manchester


Imam Mulla Hamood Ar Rahmaan openly affirms the ikhwaani false principle of co-operation. The Mulla went on Radio Ramadhan (Manchester) with his close friend kahlan together with the Brelvis.   When Mulla Hamood was asked by Mahmood Husain why co-operate with the brelvis concerning praying eed the same day, the Mulla replied, ??they are our brothers-they say laa-ilaaha ilal-lah. You (i.e. salafis) cause division?? Ask the Mullah why the ulema prohibit praying behind the brelvis.

Regarding this masjid there are a few disasters:

Disaster 1: In this masjid, donations are collected after the first part of the khutbah.  After collection, the Imam completes the khutbah. And this is in opposition to the Sunnah.

Disaster 2:  One Jumaa-ah, a policewoman with a short skirt stood in front the people to address issues of racism.
  
Disaster 3: Mulla gives Taskiyah: After Tarawi prayers few years ago, the Mullah said, ??There are only three Salafi Masaajid in Manchester, our Masjid (Makki Masjid), Didsbury Masjid (Ikhwaan Mufliseen) and As Sunnah Masjid (Marabiyyoon).  Guess who sometimes gives the khutbah at Makki Masjid? KAHLAAAN (the ameer of hizbiyyah in Manchester). So we see that Jamia Ahle Hadees and Ikhwan give taskiyah to each other, and its not surprising because all three are upon Ikhwani manhaj.

Disaster 3: Mulla allows jamaatut tabligh in his masjid

Disaster 4: Mulla has tafseer of mawduudi in his mosque

Disater 5: Mulla said to mumtaz from ashton, ''there are two groups of scholars in saudi, those who work for the government and those who go to prison.  Those who get imprisoned are the sincere ones'' This spells out mulla's manjah more clearly walhamdulil-lah.


Didsbury Masjid (Manchester)

The foundations of this masjid are built upon Ikhwaanism.  Promotion of (Qaradawi).  Previous Imam Muhammad Sa-eed, an upholder of the beliefs of Abdur Raheem Tahhaan, declares Bin Baz, Uthaimeen, Al Albaanee as Humuqaa (idiots).  The present Imam, Salim Shaikhi (i.e. Dzalim Shaikhi).  A so-called graduate of Madina University, but Allah has humiliated him.  What is this humiliation Ya Ikhwaan?  A soofee from Yemen visited Ar Rahmah Masjid (Somalian Soofee Masjid-Manchester).  This so-called graduate accompanied this soofee who openly declares that the awliyah can create.  A Somalian Salafi stood up to refute this friend of Iblees, but this so-called graduate of Madina University sat next to the soofee tight lipped.  Guess who gives the khutbah at Shaikhi?s mosque, KAHLAAAAN. (The ameer of hizbiyyah in Manchester).

So we can see this network and how the mukhaalifeen to the Salafis are all connected.

Alum Rock, Hamd House took the Hizbiyyeen, Deviants to see Shaykh Falaah Ismaa'eel

We can confirm that the owner of Hamd House 'Israar' (THE HIZBEE) took the following two people to see Shaykh Falaah Ismaa'eel during his stay in Birmingham in the first weekend of September in 2003:

1) Abdul-Haade Umree - the Ikhwaanee deviant who is from those at the head of the Ikhwaanee Markaz Ahl ul-Hadith organisation.

2) Muhammad Abd-Dhaahir from Cardiff, who is the deviant who is with Abul-Hasan Maribee, and Usaamah al-Qoosee and he chaired the talks involving Usaamah al-Qoosee in Birmingham in Hartop Road when attacks were made upon the Salafees - this was the same venue where Kamran Malik was present.

And this was at the same time that Alum Rock, (Kamran, Aqib Hussain) were all together with Israr Khan and were stirring and plotting against the Salafiyyeen.

Important Note

As far as the Noble Sheikh, Falaah Ismaa'eel was concerned, 'Alum Rock', 'Israar', individuals from 'Ashton' and from 'Loughborough' were all one body (at that time in Birmingham).  

As 'Alum Rock' may proclaim that they are free from 'Israar' (just as they did when they got caught defending Abul-Hasan Maribee) sometime ago, we ask them, "Why did you not inform Sheikh Faalah about the Deviation of these individuals such as Abdul-Haadee and Abd-Dhaahir before or after Israar had decided to introduce these individuals to Sheikh Falaah". (As always Kamran proclaimed to have plenty of evidences against Jami'aat Ahlul Hadeeth (al-Jami'a Hizbiyah) ? why did he not inform Sheikh Falaah of this) for it certainly does not seem that Sheikh Falaah Ismaa'eel was told.!! When Mourad al-Jaziree explained the Position of Abdul-Hadee to the Sheikh he was very amazed to hear the deviation of this individual.  

Even though this does not surprise us in the very least, as we know that these individuals have always betrayed the trust as was seen during the Hortop Road Conference where Qoosee the Innovator (as confirmed by our Ulamaa; Alamaah Sheikh Ahmed bin Yahyah an-Najmi and Sheikh Alamaah Faalih ibnu Nafi al-Haribi and others)and the Muta'mayyi'oon of Jordan were present.

Farasat from Luton again affirmed that "Eejaz and Kamran had a meeting with Abdul-Qadir following the Conference in Hortop Road" (And this meeting was after they claimed they were not with Maribee and his hizbi followers and after the advice of Sheikh Rabee).

So we ask again where is their Wala wal Bara !!!

And this is further evidence that these individuals are involved in stirring fitnah against the Salafees, and allying with and supporting the Hizbees, and opening doors for them against the Salafees.

Assalaamu alaykum warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuhu

For those of you who do not know me I am a quiet committee member of Dar ul
Hadith Masjid in Manchester. I would like to confirm from my own
observations and discussions with the seven arab Libyan fitnah makers that
the post by Abdullah Gambi is the haq.

I have seen the faces some of these fitnah makers express when given simple
advice on such subjects as the sutrah, isbal and delaying the sahoor during
Ramadan.  Not to mention that these issues were simple and could have been
solved without any problems.  But these historical fitnah makers pursued
these issues and added mighty lies.  They have been invited twice after the
jumaa-ah khutbah to sit and rectify themselves, but they arrogantly flee
whilst mumbling insults of haddaadiyah.  They are a proud people who find it
very hard to accept that non-Arabs were giving them naseehah.

All this fitnah started since they started asking for keys to the Masjid for
so and so, and for them to be members of the committee, so that the Libyans
can have a say in running the Masjid.  If we the salafis of darul hadith
were calling to a hibz, we would not have asked one of them to be a member
of the trustees, despite the fact that the likes of these people have a well
known fitnah making track record in Luton and elsewhere.

They desired to see darul hadith in chaos, everyone doing what he likes,
turning it into a democratic parliament.  People who have attended the salah
for 10 months before their arrival have not complained once, but these
fitnah makers think that they deserve special treatment.  Then let them give
us one hadith concerning their virtues that we have to treat them different
from other muslims.

I suppose we should make a Malaysian a committee member so that he can speak
for the Malaysians, and a Senegalese brother for the people from Senegal and
a Pakistani Brother for the Pakistanis, and a Jamaican brother for the
Jamaicans.... where do we stop.  Is this the way our beloved prophet
Muhammad (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) taught us to run the Masjid.

This is the second time we have helped these people, purely and sincerely
for the sake of Allah, yet they have not shown any gratefulness.  We even
invited them back when Sheikh Rabbi (Hafidhahullah) advised them to leave
the Hizbiyah of Masjid As Sunnah in Manchester, and this was without them
having to repent openly for their sins.

The likes of these people have caused much trouble for the salafis since
they entered this land.  Their fitnah has to be addressed and the ulema
informed.  Let the brothers arabs and non arabs take particular care about
the fitnah of these people and their seeking leadership to the detriment of
dawah salafiyyah.


We ask Allah to guide these individuals to make tawbah, and also to guide
the evil non arab who plots along with them to gain status and position.  If

Al-Hamdu-Lillaahi Rabbil-'Aalameen was-Salaatu was-Salaamu 'alaa Ashrafil-Anbiyaa'e wal-Mursaleen, wa ba'd:

The games that the Alum Rock individuals have been playing for some time now are slowly but surely becoming apparent and all Praises are to Allah. And even though the previous posts are sufficient and decisive blows in exposing the reality of Kamran, Ejaz, Imran and the others who align with them, we still felt it would be beneficial if we add to some of the experiences the brothers in Leeds and Bradford have also had with these individuals in order to solidify that which has already been mentioned in previous posts. Its strange how all those who were once connected to them are freeing themselves from them one by one and from their little childish group of destruction.

We ourselves have seen that every where in every location, from Manchester, Coventry, Birmingham, even the followers of desires in Luton, are all identifying these individuals as people who have personal goals, or as the evildoers who want to harm the dawah that is already established. We have also had some experiences with these individuals as they used to travel to Bradford and Leeds and we had some connection to them at the time when their reality was not clear to us.

Only a week or two after the beautiful lecture by the noble Sheikh Al-Alaamah Rabee ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee was given last year (April 2003) at the Salafi Masjid, Birmingham some of the ikhwaan from Bradford and Leeds went to visit the brothers at Salafi Publications. During this short period one of the brothers from Bradford came in contact with Kamran, Ejaz, and Imran near the Masjid as-Salafi Birmingham. Now for all those who listened to the lecture then Sheikh Rabee gave some important advice to the Salafis in the UK. From amongst the main issues that he advised was for the brothers in the UK to turn a new page in the book and to stop the enmity and discord between the brothers and to stop spreading aversion between one another and to cooperate with another upon righteousness.

Anyway, during this short conversation the brother reminded Kamran, Ejaz, and Imran regarding the strong advice by Sheikh Rabee and encouraged them to come to the masjid and benefit from the lectures of Abu Talha, Abu Khadeejah, Abu Hakeem and to come together as brothers. But this sincere advice given for their benefit was arrogantly and stubbornly rejected as one of them (Kamraan) replied: ?Akhee, We only take our knowledge and advice from the ulama and not from the juhala?,  and by this they meant none other than our beloved brothers Abu Talha, Abu Hakeem and Abu Khadeejah (hafidhakumullah). Now this evil statement requires some analysis.

The first thing is that the reality as we can see is that Kamraan thinks that he (and those ignorant ones with him) are way above and beyond everybody else, to the extent that Kamraan even boasted that he debated with Abu Talhah Dawud Burbank and refuted him on the issue of taqleed.

The second thing is that the lessons that are given by those Salafi brothers we mentioned are none other than the teachings of the Scholars themselves, from the explanations of the Salafi scholars of our times. We in Leeds and Bradford know that our Salafi brothers are connecting us to the knowledge of the Salafi Sheikhs, because they do not teach from themselves but from books, they present us with the knowledge of these Sheikhs in aqeedah, manhaj and fiqh. So when this individual Kamraan arrogantly said that he only takes from the ulama and not the juhala, this statement is itself from jahl and we detected some arrogance from this individual. So when Dawud Burbank reads from Sheikh Ibn Uthaimins explanation of Kitab Tawhid or Sheikh Fawzaans explanation of Aqidah Wasitiyyah, Kamran does not want to attend because he only takes knowledge from ulama not juhala.

The reality as we brothers have experienced from them is that individuals like Kamran see our noble brothers like Abu Talhah and Abu Hakeem and Abu Khadeejah, and see the goodness of the dawah and they see people have turned towards these brothers and love them for the sake of Allaah inshaa'allah. They see all this and really inside they are jealous and they crave for the position of these brothers. This is why they then show arrogance, and never benefit because they believe they are too great and too high to sit in any lesson.

And the third thing that we must ask Kamran is that what scholars has he actually taken knowledge from apart from "Sheikh" Abdul-Hadi, the Ikhwani. He told us he rings up one Sheikh, and even then he speaks to him in English, and he claims this is taking knowledge from Ulama. We know Kamran to have never taken knowledge from any of the ulama of Salafiyyah, and we only see that his dawah is extended from that of Markaz Ahle Hadis where he came from and always revolves around the same issues!

This is one of the matters we experienced, very shortly after Sheikh Rabee gave his advice and we did not feel comfortable with these remarks of arrogance.

The next thing is that about 2 years ago Kamran, Ejaz, and Imran came to visit one of the brothers in Bradford. And this was at a time when for those Salafis outside of Birmingham nothing was really known about these individuals except that they were with the rest of the Salafis and were believed to know the Salafee manhaj. But as the following will show this was very far from the truth.

The actual reason why they had travelled all the way to Bradford was for the main purpose of wanting a debate with a Deobandi Ashari figurehead known as Maulaanaa Ahmad Ali at his masjid. When this was declined and not possible they then actually enquired from the brothers whether there were any other well known deobandi ?sheikhs? who they could have a sitting and debate with. So we ask, is it from the manhaj of the salaf to travel and to seek to argue and debate with the people of innovation and desires and to go to their gatherings for this purpose ? and then to argue with them on issues of fiqh? This was not the only person they wanted to debate with. They also asked about another person who is a known Breilwi figurehead in the community, and so they were even trying to seek him out to debate with him.

This practice of them traveling and going up and down the country to enquire about, seek, find and debate with the barelwis and deobandis is well known by everyone who knew of them. We don?t know where they have taken this manhaj or which students or sheikhs they have got this from? However as the brother Hamza Mullick jazakallah khair, pointed out above, this is what they do in Birmingham as well, they actually go and find people to debate with:

These people love to debate and argue with the Deobandis and Braewalis. This seems to occupy most of their lives. I remember one of them telling me that Kamran stays up until 4.00am reading about them. They once said to me that we are going to someone?s house for dinner come along. Then the next minute people with knives and hammers turned up to fight them!!!
This is a manhaj they are upon and it is an evil manhaj. Ahmad Ali is an individual who has a number of schools, he does tapes, lectures, and he calls to his bidah. He is not a normal person from the common people that you can sit and advise and try to correct. He is an open caller to bidah. So Kamran and the cronies with him, they are known to us in Leeds and Bradford to be like this, wanting to find open callers to bidah, who are figureheads amongst the people, and to debate with them, we have seen it first hand.

On another occasion the brothers from Bradford had a sitting with Kamran and Ejaz in Birmingham and this was before the fitnah of Alum rock became known to the people. At this time never did the brothers from maktabah Salafiyyah raise doubts about Kamran to us and rather only good was spoken about them, and we never heard anything from the brothers at the maktabah saying anything about these individuals. Rather the first time that a problem was felt was when Kamran and Ejaz complained continuously that Salafi Publications were discouraging them from releasing a book in refutation of a book by a Deobandi on the issue of the way of performing the prayer.

What we later learned is that the brothers from the maktabah were advising them that it is not befitting that you refute an Ashari Sufi Mutasawwif on issues of fiqh, and that you should begin with Tawhid and Aqidah and this is where your dawah and publications should begin and that the Salaf refuted Innovators for their innovations, not issues in fiqh in which even the Salaf themselves differed in. And that if you refute Innovators in issues of fiqh, of what benefit will this be to those who are following that Innovator in his innovations of ta'weel, ta'teel, and tasawwuf and so on. Nothing will have changed except from the fact that they might change a fiqh opinion or two, if that, but they will remain following that innovator in his evil innovations in tawhid and aqidah. This is what we learned later that this was personal advice they were being given by their Salafi brothers which as we have now learned is correct and good advice.  However, the goal of Kamraan and Ejaz was to actually complain and turn the brothers in Bradford away from our Salafi brothers from the Maktabah in Birmingham, and to make it look as if they are being restricted and not allowed to do dawah and many other things. When the brothers departed one of them returned to Bradford with slight doubts and confusion against the brothers at Salafi Publications and this was because of the nature and method that Kamran and Ejaz were narrating, more specifically about Abu Khadeejah. It was clear that their aim was to put something in our hearts against our Salafi brothers.

This is what we can remember right now and we wanted to share this information so that everybody knows that these people oppose the salafi way in their dawah and their manhaj and they hate some of the Salafis who call to Salafiyyah and also in secret or in private conversations they attempt to belittle them.

THE MANHAJ OF LIES OF ALUM ROCK AND THEIR LIKES IN MANCHESTER

?O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds)? 9:119

Narrated Abdullah (radiyallaahu anhu) the prophet (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) said, ?Truthfulness leads to righteousness and righteousness leads to paradise.  And a man keeps on telling the truth until he becomes a truthful person.  Falsehood leads to wickedness and wickedness leads to the hell fire.  And a man keeps on telling lies until he is written as a liar before Allah.? (Bukhari No:6095)

Narrated Samurah bin Jundub (radiyallaahu anhu): The prophet (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) said, ?I saw (in a dream), two men came to me??. Then the prophet narrated the story (saying): They said: The person, the one whose cheek you saw being torn away (from the mouth to the ear) was a liar and used to tell lies and the people would report those lies on his authority till they spread all over the world.  So he will be punished like that till the Day of Resurrection (Bukhari No: 6096)

The Liars of Alum Rock

A year ago, Sheikh Ubaid al Jaabiri (hafidhahullah) gave a short reminder to a gathering in the city of Birmingham.  The Sheikh also spoke about the manner in which to deal with the salafi who makes a mistake on the mimbar.  The sheikh said that the mistake of the salafi (i.e. a man of sunnah) should not be ?carried?; rather one should give naseehah until clear deviation is manifested.  

However Ikhwaan, those who organized that lecture benefited very little from this golden advice of the sheikh.  The organizers were none but the tale carriers of Alum Rock (kamran, Imran, Ejaz) and those with them.  This lecture was amongst the series of lectures organised by these indviduals and those with them to create splits amongst the Salafees and to take people away from the Masjid Salafi. They organised these lectures two streets away from the Masjid. Ejaz Malik relates that a khatib at Maktabah Salafiyyah said on the mimbar as follows: ??O Muslims the Americans are not your enemies??  Ejaz neither gave the name of that khatib nor did he give the explanation of this statement by the khatib.  Ejaz added, ??how can this khatib make such a statement during such a time when the Muslims are being attacked??.    

By Allah Ikhwaan, who would believe that the people of Tawheed would make such a statement without explanation?  Wallaahi, we never believed what Ejaz related especially when he failed to mention the name of the khatib at Maktabah Salafiyyah who made such a statement.  We could never believe that a khatib in any of the maraakiz of  ?clear salafiyyah? would make such a statement without explanation.  And even if this was a slip of the tongue, the tale carriers of Alum Rock should have applied the advise of Sheikh Ubaid regarding the manner in which the mistake of the salafi is to be corrected.  Rather they carried this story to Manchester thinking that we are bunch of brain dead zombies who would not understand the reason behind this statement if it was made in the first place.  

Such is the state of the people of evil suspicion and understanding, those who seek to derive the worst meaning from the statements of the people. Ejaz gave the impression that that khatib at the maktabah understood little about walaa and baraa.  This type of twisting is a well-known trait of Alum Rock, as it was their tale carrying that led to the differences between darul hadith and maktaba salafiyyah two years ago. They carried tales between two groups of salafi and caused aversion in the hearts. And this is what they were doing in Birmingham, carrying tales and speaking against the salafi in their city, with similaar type of lies and twisting of realities. They tried to make people averse to maktabah salafiyyah.

The Liars of Manchester

Also in Manchester are evil shameless liars in the midst of the salafis.   They are no more than seven Arabs in number.  Amongst their lies are:

@ khatib said, ??do not always go to the ulema??
@ A brother in the darul hadith shora threatened to punch a Malaysian called Abu Hurairah.
@ khatib said, ?I will beat you Arabs as sheikh Muqbil used to beat you in dammaaj??
@ Khatib said, they are qutubiyyeen,
@ khatib made takfeer of them.  

Although these diseased individuals claim to have the khutbah recorded, they have not to this day presented any evidence whatsoever.  And when the khatib at Darul Hadith asked them to stay behind after Jumaa-ah salah to listen to the tapes or face mubaahala, they left the masjid as fast as they could.  Many people stayed behind to listen to the tapes.  Walhamdulil-lah, the shameless liars who have a famous history of kadhib were exposed once again.  They have fought and lied against the salafi for nearly five years, and have made false accusations of haddaadiyah against them in the past and at present.  However, these false accusers have always being the ones who defended the people of bidah such as maghraawi and kahlan.  And even after the jarh of sheikh Muqbil against kahlan (the ameer of hizbiyyah in Manchester), these liars did not abandon him.  And recently a Pakistani brother who used to live in Manchester, and now lives in Birmingham informed us, that they told him that "sheikh Rabee spoke good of kahlan", in order to further defend him.  

The repentance of these fattanoon took place six months ago after years of false accusations and slander against the salafis.  The main reason behind their falsehood was to discredit the salafis and defend the manhaj of hizbiyah and tamyi of kahlan.  However, after six months into their period of repentance, they return to their manhaj of kadhib again.  This is similar to those  in Birmingham who claimed repentance from al-maribi and who claimed attachment to the Salafi Sheikhs after the advices of Sheikh Rabi and Sheikh Ubaid, but they continued in their manhaj of kadhib and fighting against the salafi in secret.

When they arrived in Darul Hadith Masjid (Manchester), they showed remorse and the salafis welcomed them with open arms.  The khutbah was changed from English to (Arabic and English), they were put forward as Imams and Mu-addhins to prove to them that the salafis do not prevent anyone from what is due to them.  Darul Hadith even attacked the non-Arabs on the mimbar saying: ??leave darul hadith if you do not like the Arabs??

However, these ingrates whom we accommodated and assisted decided to gather once more as they have done in several places to plot and plan.  Before they came to darul hadith, the masjid committee had already established certain issues of fiqh regarding the use of the microphone, from the fiqh of sheikh Al Albaanee. (i.e. that we do not use the microphone because the masjid is very small and that Al Banee restricted the use of the mike to the adhan based on some ahadith.  However, if the masjid is big as is the case at maktabah salafiyyah, the microphone can be used)  

But the fattaanoon due to pride and stubbornness, wanted to see a change in order to be heard.  When refuted with the fiqh of sheikh Albaanee, some resort to foolishness saying: ??the brothers are weak and the microphone would increase  khushoo??.  When ask to consult a talib al ilm from amongst them, they said: ??we do not take anything from him??.  

But when we mentioned on the mimbar that Darul Hadith Masjid committee will use maktabah salafiyyah and Murad to go to the ulema, the fattaanoon went into a rage and demanded an apology.  Some quickly contacted that talib al ilm amongst them (i.e. the very one they initially rejected), to represent them.  And we must advise the salafi that none can deal with these people except people outside their tribe.    

That is because they are people of jealousy who think that the non-Arab should refer to them only and they should be in charge of the affairs.  And when these fattaanoon enquired about who was going to contact the ulema for darul hadith, SP was mentioned.  One of them said with hatred, ??maktabah salafiyyah themselves need someone to translate for them?? Such is the jealousy and injustice of this tribe of liars, they treat those besides them as ignorant a'aajim.  

They tried every possible way to impose themselves on the masjid committee.  They forgot that darul hadith was established by those known for their salafiyyah after years of striving and exposing people like these fattaanoon.  And when we asked sheikh Ahmad An Najmi about the running of the masjid, he said, those who founded it will run it, and those who came later and are seeking to impose themselves on the masjid committee may be hiding something worse than what they are showing at present.

Allaahu Akbar, Indeed, the sheikh spoke the truth and may Allah increase us and him in baseerah.  That is because these liars started with the fabrication of small foolish lies until they accuse us of making takfeer of them, and yet, they neither stayed for mubaahala nor present the so-called recorded khutbah.        

The likes of these people have caused great harm to dawah salafiyyah since they entered this land.  They started their fitnah in Luton and converted it into a centre of hizbiyyah (upon the manhaj of maribi?the main upholders of the fitnah network).  It was the likes of these people who established the hizbi masjid in Leister.  It was the likes of these people who cause fitnah in Birmingham.  And strangely enough they all seem to be connected and have ties with each other. It was the likes of these people who established masjid As Sunnah in Manchester (now a masjid upon the manhaj of maribi).  

And following their repentance and after only six months with Darul Hadith Manchester, they return to tale carrying and lies. Ikhwaan, these fattaanoon will not rest as history has shown.   Amongst their evil qualities is that a very few of them enjoin good and forbid evil amongst themselves.   They also confuse vulnerable non-Arabs who look up to them.  At Luton, the non-Arabs are drowned in the shubuhaat of Abul Fitan.  During the fitnah of kahlan, they kept the unsuspecting non-Arab away from the salafis.    

Had these non-Arabs known the reality of these people, they would flee from them.  We?ve known them for nearly six years during which period they have caused much grief and fitnah in different places.  Therefore, we advise the salafis worldwide to watch out for such fitnah makers.  Most of the time, their first move is to find fault with the recitation of fatihah of the non-Arab salafi Imam, and this is what happened in Luton and has been repeated in Manchester, and it is repeated in other places. This is the manhaj they follow in trying to take control over the masaajid.

We are not directing attacks against Arabs, indeed, the majority of the ulema of ahlus Sunnah in our time are Arabs, but they are not from the country of these fattanoon.  And we the salafis of Darul Hadith have been greatly benefited by an Arab from Algeria.  This was the only Arab in Manchester who stood by the non-Arabs in clarifying and contacting the ulema in the various fitan.  Therefore, we are not directing attacks at Arabs; rather the nationwide fitnah makers have to be described just as others are described. This is because they carry their fitnah from city to city repeating their same manhaj and causing harm in the land.

Therefore, the tulaabul ilm and the sensible ones amongst them who are aware of the fitnah of their countrymen, should fear Allah and speak the haqq.  They should neither fear blame nor abandonment because the salafi is not threatened this way.  This is not the time to keep quiet-indeed it is a blameworthy silence.  

On the authority of Abu Sa-eed (radiyallaahu anhu) the prophet (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) said: ??let not anyone of you belittle himself.  They said: O Messenger of Allah, how can anyone of us belittle himself?  He said: He finds a matter concerning Allah about which he should say something, and he does not say it.  So Allah says to him on the Day of Resurrection: What prevented you from saying something about such and such, and such and such? He says, it was out of fear of people.  Then He (Azza Jal) says: Rather it is I whom you should more rightly fear?? (Ibn Maajah)

Therefore, those amongst them new in Manchester should not listen to their countrymen alone, as this is blatant hizbiyyah and injustice.  Rather, they should also listen to the other side of the story and reprimand their tribesmen for attempting to split the ranks of the salafis.  It is upon the salafis to make known the fitnah of these people to all the ulema, and prepare for their fitnah wherever they go.   We advise all the Salafi Imams and the khatibs in the various ?marakiz of clear salafiyyah? to take particular care because these vultures would utilize every word for an evil purpose.

As for those non-Arabs who rush to everyone who calls, we are aware of their plots and their seeking leadership by the fitnah of such people.  These masaakeen non-Arabs use these Arab fattaanoon as a shield to wage war against the maraakiz of salafiyyah in order to preach their manhaj of tamyi.  One of these masaakeen non-Arabs said, ??I only stayed in salafiyyah because I was with an Arab.??  Ikhwaan, we leave this statement to the sensible people to judge the foolishness of this speech.    

?O lost non-Arab! These people will not teach you your religion because they cannot give what they do not possess.  We have lived with them in Manchester for nearly six years, and they have not taught us a single issue of aqeedah or manhaj.  Rather, they have proven to be great obstacles in our little striving to learn the basics of our religion in this land of the kuffaar.  Then we make a promise to all these ajami saying:

Unless you have stopped plotting, your turn will come very soon Insha-Allah.  You run to SP for help when caught by darul hadith, trying to take advantage of them for your own goal, but behind SP?s back, you use the Arab Fattaanoon of  Manchester (i.e.those who hate the maktabah) to fight the salafis of Darul Hadith. And the Arab Fattaanoon were asked, ??How is that a non-Arab uses you to fight darul hadith, but  also claims he is with SP, and you yourselves want no co-operation with S, yet you are willing to work with this non-Arab against us??  This question could not be answered.  Walhamdulil-lah, the people of fitnah can never escape.??  Indeed, this is the same game played by Alum Rock, but as soon as the salafis are united, their frustration manifests. They run between groups of Salafis, trying to use each of them for their own filthy goals. Their wala and bara is corrupt, and Allah knows best what their games are and what they believe they can achieve.

That is why you hear the ??barbar ajami??amongst them saying: ??to refer to the books and not go to the ulema is from the manhaj of the khawaarij??. They intend by this to prevent khayr and to keep people stunted at their level.  We say to them ??Yes, the khawaarij do not refer to the tafseel of the ulema, but the salafis do refer to the tafseel of the ulema in their books and tapes and when necessary contact them by phone.  However, those you accused of this manhaj stayed firm during the various fitan walhamduli-lah, but you defended the innovators.??  Therefore, it was you who kept away from the advise of the ulema, and it is hard upon you to accept this fact.  

The Fattaanoon have abandoned Darul hadith because they can neither get involved in the running of the masjid nor can they face us to defend their lies.  The salafis are not in need of them walhamdulil-lah.   The salafis in the West should not take lightly the fitnah of these people.  Let everyone say what he knows about them in order to safeguard from their evil by the Will of Allah.    

Conclusion

The manhaj of lies of these people is no different from that of Alum Rock?s.  Actually one of them from Briton complained to us about Abu Khadeejah and that he committed dhulm against Alum Rock.  Our reply was, "indeed the 80 pages against them by SP was well deserved?? That is because they created much rancour in the hearts and divided the people of sunnah.  Another one from Briton also slandered SP on sahab with false accusations and mighty slanders of theft, and making tabdi of people.  The liars have moved one step higher with darul hadith, that is their false evil filthy slander, ??The khatib at darul hadith made takfeer of us??. This is the nature of these people, they create the fitnah with their lies and slanders, then they flee.

If we have lied about these liars, they can face us with the haqq.  We have always invited them, but they always flee after causing much fitnah.  The one who wrote this article will face them.  They have once again failed the IMTIHAAN and Allah is the ABSOLUTE PROTECTOR of this dawah.
          
Let them ponder upon the ayaat and ahaadith at the beginning of this article.  Indeed, it is sufficient to remind them of the severity of their habitual transgression of telling lies.  We ask Allah to guide us and them, and we seek refuge in Allah from the heart that is not inclined towards tawbah.
