The book al-'Uddah is a sharh of 'Umdat ul-Fiqh, a matn in Hanbalee fiqh by al-Muwaffaq Ibn Qudaamah (d. 620), and not 'Umdat ul-Ahkaam. It was written by his student, Bahaa' ud-Deen al-Maqdisee (d. 624) and is the most well-known sharh of 'Umdat ul-Fiqh. The name you have is probably that of the muhaqqiq.
