As-Salaamu 'alaykum wa Rahmatullaah,
Shaykh Falaah Ismaa'eel al-Mindikaar is one of our noble Shaykhs in Kuwait, currently a professor in Kulliatush-Sharee'ah in Kuwait University, teaching 'Aqeedah.
He studied 'Aqeedah in the Islaamic University of Madeenah, completing his Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate there, and studying under the Mashaiykh of Madeenah of that time, such as Shaykh 'Abdul-'Azeez bin Baaz, Shaykh Muhammad bin Saalih al-'Uthaymeen and Muhammad Amaan al-Jaamee (rahimahumullaah), Shaykh Rabee' bin Haadee al-Madkhalee and others. One of our noble brothers related to me that once in a dars, the Shaykh mentioned a story of Shaykh Muhammad Amaan (rahimahullaah) and broke down into tears.
He is well-known to the likes of Shaykh 'Ubayd and Shaykh Rabee'.
About two years ago I was with our brother 'Alee Baggio al-Itaalee at Shaykh Rabee's house and I conveyed the salaam's of the Mashayikh of Kuwait to the Shaykh (hafidhahullaah), and when I mentioned Shaykh Falaah, he said "Maashaa'Allaah, Shaykh Falaah!".
He is known for his love of teaching the books of 'Aqaa'id and for being very kind and soft-hearted, and at the same time is hated and despised by the people of innovation in Kuwait. We have seen that Shaykh Falaah shows a great deal of respect for Shaykh Muhammad al-'Anjaree and his clarity, often abstaining from answering questions about the Jama'aat and Ahzaab if Shaykh al-'Anjaree is present, saying that "he knows better about them than I do." It was in Shaykh Falaah's gathering and with his permission that Shaykh al-'Anjaree disected the repugnant takfeeree 'Abdullaah al-Ghunaymaan during his visit to Kuwait (Shaykh Ahmad as-Subay'ee also refuted him on tape), while some of the brothers looked on.
And Allaah knows best.
May Allaah preserve the Shaykh and make his trip beneficial for the brothers in the UK and return him to Kuwait safely. -Aameen.

Our Shaykh Abu Uthmaan Muhammad Al Anjaree narrated to me tonight, the 28th of August, that he telephoned Shaykh Falaah Isma'eel this morning about a rumour that is being spread in the U.K., that the mashaykh of Kuwait have abandoned Muhammad Al Anjaree. So Shaykh Falaah replied:
"Abu Uthmaan (Al Anjaree), YOU TAKE ME TO ENGLAND AND I WILL SIT WITH WHOMEVER YOU WANT ME TO SIT WITH AND I WILL GO WHEREVER YOU WANT ME TO GO."

Haqqaa!!! When the two shaikhs came the first time to Birmingham and shaikh abu Uthmaan delivered that excellent talk with is advised for every salafi to purchase 'Who are the Salafees'? (what a pity the translator never understood what he translated!!!)and shaikh Muhammad clarified many issues, the true salafees became known and those who were just carriers of the name became known. May Allaah preserve them and our Ulamaa and keep them upright!
