assalamu alaykum.
I have been having a issue for a long time with some non salafi sisters about the way some arabs celebrate their weddings. One of the things that we have dicussed is the wearing of the white wedding dress and they making it a must to wear for their wedding. It seems clear to me that this is imitation of the kuffar in their celebrations. Wa Allahu alim. I would greatly appreciate some daleel and explanation on this issue. I have posted something in the past about this issue and I have not recieved anything pertaining to it.
PLEASE students of knowledge especially brothers who have access to 'ilm online or scholars. Please I need some clarification to share it with the many Arab women that I know who claim it is not imitation that I get some words from people of knowledge. jazakum Allahu khayrun. Once the proof is given to them from the Ulema then what they do after that is on them. As I am the only salafi sister in this community so it is a duty upon me to get STRAIGHT TO DALEEL.
