Assallamu 'alaykum

Does anyone have Vol 1 of Tafsir Ibn Katheer in arabic and can tell me the exact word used for (authority) in arabic - in this paragraph below?


Surah 1 Al Faatihah - The Meaning of Ar-Rabb, the Lord

(1st Sentence)
"Ar-Rabb is the owner who has full authority* over his property."

* What is the word in arabic used in the tafseer that has been translated into english as "authority"?
