A brother, may Allaah reward him, by the Sahab.net username: "أبو إسحاق السطائفي" has posted some parts of compilation of fataawaa of ash-Shaykh al-'Allaamah Rabee' ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee' (may Allah grant him success) on the Sahab forum. Searching for the threads he (أبو إسحاق السطائفي) started on Sahab would bring up this result which links to the threads where he gives the links for downloading these parts of the Majmoo' Fataawaa of the Shaykh (as well as links to the brother's other posts where he brings benefits from the scholars).
