Shaykh Saalih al-Fowzaan (may Allaah preserve him) was asked this morning, the 21st of Sha'baan, 1430, at King Su'ood Masjid in Jeddah about extending one's legs towards the qiblah in the masjid.

He replied that he knows of nothing wrong with this, unless the feet were pointed directly at a mus-haf (copy of the Qur'aan), then he should turn them away from the mus-haf.
