As-Salamu Alaikum!

When I first started to pray, I have been taught to pick the water with my right hand, put it in my nose as deep as possible, then blow with the left hand.

Is this from the Sunnah? Have I been taught correct?

If a Talub al-ilm, or someone who knows a relevant fatwah regarding the topic can you please answere these questions.

1.  Can we pick the water with our left hand in order to blow our nose in wudu?

2. Is it permissible to blow our nose with our right hand (during wudu and other times)

May Allah bless our Noble Prophet Muhammad SalAllahu Alayi wa Salam, his family, companions and all those who strive in his path until the day of judgment.

As-Salamu Alaikum!

a brother answered this question in a private message, Alhamdulilah and it is from the sunnah.

Another question if anyone can help me

Wudu during fasting, should we put the water deep into our mouth and nose?  What if we accidently swallow some water? Is our fast still valid?

Rinsing the Mouth and Sniffing Water

Question:

If a fasting person rinses his mouth or sniffs water into his nose, and the water enters his stomach, does he break his fast thereby?

Answer:

If a fasting person rinses his mouth or sniffs water into his nose and the water enters his stomach, it does not break his fast, because he did not intend to do it and Allaah, the Most High has said: "And there is no sin on you if you make a mistake therein, except in regard to what your hearts deliberately intend." [Al-Ahzaab 33:5]
