As salamu alaikum wa rahmatulahi wa barakatuh

I need to know if there is daleel for breastfeeding while being pregnant.
I have come across a hadith recorded by Muslim and the Hadith is as follows:

Sa`d ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: A
man came to Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and
said, "I do coitus interruptus while having sexual intercourse with
my wife." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Why
do you do that?" The man replied, "I fear for her child( that she
nurses)." Thereupon, Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings be upon
him) said, "If it is harmful for a women to continue breastfeeding
after conception , it would have harmed the Persians and the
Romans."

I went and found the same hadith online at sahih Muslim and it says there:

No. 3394
Sa'd b. Abu Waqqas (Allaah be pleased with him) reported
that a person came to Allaah's Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa
sallam) and said: I do 'azi with my wife. Thereupon Allaah's
Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: Why do you do that?
The person said: I fear harm to her child or her children.
Thereupon Allaah's Messenger (way sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: If      that were harmful it would harm the Persians and the Greeks.

I like to know insha allah if it is permissible breastfeeding while being pregnant?
And what it the actual meaning of this hadith?
Since the translations are different it leaves me unclear of the affair.
Insha allah, can someone Arabic speaking ask the Ulema for clarification .
Jazka allahu khairan

Assalamualaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

there are other ahadeeth related to suckling and cohabitation

sahih muslim 3391 3392 and 3393 respectively

quote:

Judaima daughter of Wahb al-Asadiyya (Allaah be pleased with her) reported that she heard Allaah's Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) assaying: I intended to prohibit cohabitation with a suckling woman until I considered that the Romans and the Persians do it without any injury being caused to their children thereby. (Imam Muslim said: Khalaf reported it from Judamat al-'Asadiyya, but the correct wording is what has been stated by Yahya.)

quote:

Judama daughter of Wahb, sister of Ukkasha (Allaah be pleased with her). reported: I went to Allaah's Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) along with some persons and he was saying: I intended to prohibit cohabitation with the suckling women, but I considered the Greeks and Persians, and saw that they suckle their children and this thing (cohabitation) does not do any harm to them (to the suckling women). Then they asked him about 'azl, whereupon he said. That is the secret (way of) burying alive, and Ubaidullah has made this addition in the hadith transmitted by al-Muqri and that is:" When the one buried alive is asked."

quote:

Judama bint Wahb al-Asadiyya (Allaah be pleased with her) reported: I heard Allaah's Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) saying this. The rest of the hadith is the same concerning 'azl(cohabitation) and ghila (cohabitating with a suckling woman), but with a slight variation of words.
