If it is at all posible could someone please get someone from ahlu ilm to answer this question.
A couple are having marital problems, she in turn demands that her husband wears a condom if they are to be intimate. Not condom no sex.Her reason being is that she doesn't want to become preagnant if he's going to pronouce talaq.
Can she demand that he has to wear a condom out of fear of divorce?
