as salaamu alaikum, a brother is desperatly seeking advice, can anyone help? below is his question

wa sallaamu alaikum

I need your assistance to get a clarification on the following:

I am an agent for a British brand of Toiletries/Cosmetics. I have
products that serve the functions below, but need the clarification
sought below:

1. I have a product that is used for gents to colour there hair, which
will hide there gray hair. Is it permissible to use dark brown colour to
dye gents & ladies hair?

2. I also have a product which is used to tint ladies hair temporarily.
The tint can be washed off when necessary? The colours are Bronze, Gold
and Blue & Pink.

3. Is it permissible to sell products where figures are used in the
packaging? The figures help in making the use of the product self
explanatory? For example face creams have a face with the cream
applied. Hair applications have a ladies head with the face & the tonic
is applied on the hair, creams for ladies legs have a lady with the
cream applied on her leg.

Please let me know the Islamic view point on this.

Wa Alaikumus Salam

Akhi Maybe it's a good ideas to ask the brother to post His question in the Non-Member section.

The Admin have requested that we should NOT post on behalf of Non-Members.

Important Notice About Posting On Behalf of Non-Members

Alhamdulillah Was Salatu Was Salamu Alaa Ashrafil-Anbiyaa. Wa Ba'd:

We would like to inform our members that this board does not allow posting on behalf of non-members. We have had this policy since December of last year, when we ourselves posted something on behalf of a non-member through email (from a particular location in Europe), and then received a whole load of requests from other people from that same location, asking for their messages to be posted in reply to the original post, and then we kept getting emails and requests and more requests, and realised we opened up an admin overhead for ourselves.

Hence, it is a policy of this board that no member post anything on behalf of any non-members. We have a back-log of membership requests from November 2002, and are slowly working to fulfil those requests, so those who have already put in a request should bear with us.
