As salaamu Alaykum, this question is for Moosa Richardson I believe he has asked the ulemah concerning this matter before, to proceed: if a brother had a child in jahilia the mother nor the brother was muslim at time and the brother becomes muslim but the mother does not what is the child's rights and can he inherit, secondly if the childs mother decides later she cannot raise the child after he has reached puberty(thirteen) and she request that the biological father take the child is it permissable and would he be concidered a orphan as referring to the first question and is it permissable for his son to live in the same house of his wife and what conditions would have to met if it is all at permissable.
