assalamu alaykum wa rahmatuAllah wa barikatu I don't know much about divorce in Islam but the main thing I need to know at this point is What is the correct ways of khula? Such as the waiting period and the womans time of exiting her ex-hub home. Are the woman required to leave immediately after being granted a khula? And her waiting period is it one month or one mense? barak Allahu feekum. Asalaamu Ailaykum, Ukhti, contact the brothers of Darul Hadith - Philly (215.471.0913). Shaykh Fawzee (Hafidhullaah) gave a dars on that entitled Manhaj As-Salikeen. He spent all night answering questions on talaq/khullah. There are 11 tapes in total. I know for a fact the brothers do not council people without refering them to the tapes first. Perhaps the tapes may be on the websites by now. Barakallaahu Feekum
