Asalaamu alaikum, Who is (Shaikh) Fadl Elahi? Is he Salafi? Can we read books of his that are translated into English?

As far as I know, He is the brother of sheikh Ilaahi Zaheer who is well known, He came to Birmingham a few years to Jamiyyah ali adeess!!! The Ikhwaanees at the same time we had sheikh Yahyaa al Hajoori who asked him if he knew shaikh Muqbil ibn Haadi al Waadi'i and he said 'No' so sheikh Yahyaa walked off and left him. و الله أعلم أبو سلمان النمري طلحة بن وليم والعصر ان الانسان لفي خسر الا الذين آمنواو عملوا الصالحات و تواصوا بالحق و تواصوا بالصبر
