  asalaamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatu

For Dawah purposes, some sisters were trying to organise a talk for the Afghan community, in Farsi so the message would have been clear to all.
Unfortunately there are not any known Afghan Salafi brothers or any authentic Farsi audio material to be used instead.
Someone in the name of brother Jalal ibn Saeed was mentioned but was unsure of his aqeedah

So insha'Allah can anyone be able to know if he is Salafi

JazakAllah Khayran

Bismillaahir-Rahmaanir-Raheem
The Prophet (sallAllaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: "Stick to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly-guided Khaleefahs (who will come) after me. Bite onto it (i.e. the Sunnah) with your molar teeth and beware of newly invent

Wa alaykumus salaam wa rahmatullaahi wa barakatuhu

Although I do not know this brother personally, there are a few things that should be mentioned about his situation:

- He regularly holds classes in Cranford and is not known to make ta'awun with our known Salafee brothers from Masjid us-Sunnah (in the same area). I know that a number of takfeeris from Slough used to attend these lessons, although Allaah knows best if this is still the case.

- Jalal was appearing regularly on "Ramadan TV" recently alongside a brother from Slough called Jawad Sarwar (also referred to as "Jav"). This Jawad has been known to be a takfeeri, although Allaah knows best about his current situation as many takfeeris have branched off into different directions. In 2002, he said to a couple of brothers new to Salafiyyah that they should be wary of "Saudi Salafees".

- If one was to google him and go to his Facebook page, you will see that there are pictures of him being very friendly and playful with "Sheikh" Salem al-Amry and Bilal Phillips, both of whom are upon corrupted principles. He has also lectured alongside Murtaza Khan and Waseem Kempson as recently as last year.

So what seems clear is that Jalal ibn Saeed's companionship is not with the people who known for their Salafiyyah and being upon the Sunnaah.

Insha'allaah there are others who can elaborate on the points that I have made above as this man is gaining in popularity among the people, especially due to his appearing on the likes of Islam Channel and Ramadan TV.

Allaah knows best. If there is anything I have said incorrectly, then I would appreciate any corrections.

Barakallaahu feekum
