  Bismillah walhamdulillah wa bad
Assalaamu alaikum
I need to know if any of the ikhwa or akhawaat have any resources or info concerning the individual(muslim) who falls into an act of shirk, and do we say that at that particular time that this individual is a mushrik and called a mushrik. I am familiar with the principle concerning an innovation that the one who falls into bidah doesnt mean that bidah fell upon him (ya'nee) that he is a mubtad'i. So do we apply that same ruling to an act of shirk. I know there has to be some tafseel(details) to make a ruling on someone but if anyone can direct me to some works of the ulema that deal with this masalah it would be appreciated.   Wa alaikumussalam

There is a recording from Imaam Al-Albaanee (Rahimahullah) about these issues. However the audio file is on a non-salafi website. If you e-mail me @ salafism@hotmail.com I can give you the link to the audio file.
