All praise and thanks are for Allah. Peace and blessings be upon His noble messenger. Verily Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah or al -Ibaadah is to single out Allah with all worship, and from the branches of al-Uloohiyyah is the sacrificing for Allah only the Most High and to sacrifice to other then Him constitutes apostasy. Because verily the slaughter is WORSHIP like Allah made clear in His Quran " Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice { To Him only }". So if sacrificing for other then Allah is forbidden then what about sacrificing in the areas or places that slaughter to other then Allah? Even if one sacrifices in these places solely forAllah isn't this still considered a medium for SHIRK? If one slaughters in these places wouldn't it go against the Usool of Ahlus-Sunnah of the restriction of indulging in anything that may steer twards the Haraam or Shirk? For example the prohibition of praying twards the graves even if its solely for Allah, or praying when the sun is rising and setting because this was a known practice of the Mushrikeen of Jahiliyyah. So from point of cutting off resembling the Mushrikeen and from the point of cutting off the paths that may lead to Shirk the messenger of Allah forbid these acts at these times. Likewise, sacrificing in these places that are well known to kill thier animals for other than Allah should be abandoned and relinquished.
