Assalamu alaikum That hizb is the hizb that claims to follow the way of the Salaf but actually follows something else. This excludes Shaikh Rabee' and the scholars of Madinah and others, because the major scholars including Shaikh Ibn Uthaimeen were pleased with their aqeedah and manhaj, and highly praised Shaikh Rabee.
