Dr. 'Aqeel an-Nashmi is from among the heads of Ikhwaanul-Muslimeen in Kuwait and I believe he is also the Muftee. He gives "fataawa" for IANA in al-Jumu'ah magazine from time to time. As for the other individual, we have never heard of him. Insha'Allaah, we'll ask around about him. And Allaah knows best.
