Topic: When did sending the salutation upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) after mentioning his began?

	Can someone tell when sending the salutation upon The Messenger of Allah The Most High (peace be upon him) began and also could you show me some examples of the companions (may Allah ta'ala be pleased with them)sent this salutation after mentioning The Prophet's (peace be upon him)name?  (May Allah Subhanna wa Ta ala reward you)
