  Wa alaykum as salaam

To the best of my knowledge, that lecture of Shaykh Rabee hafithahullaah has been translated into English and is included in the book "The Rules and Etiquettes of Ruqyah" which has a lecture of Shaykh Saalih Aal ash-Shaykh as well.

Here are the links from where u can purchase these inshAllaah

USA: http://al-ibaanah.com/ruqyah.txt

For other countries check with the Salafi bookstores there inshAllaah.

Salaam Brother Sajid for the post. much appreciated. i think books like these are good and should be translated into the urdu language as the urdu speaking community is in dire need of books like this. our community is infested with innovation. kufr and shirk when dealing with ruqya.

may allah gyuide those

Wa alaykum as salaam wa rahmatullaah,

Shaykh Badeeuddin Shah as-Sindi rahimahullaah has a great lecture on this topic too. It's called "Taweez aur Sunnah". The Shaykh brought out some really great points. He said that people go to these cheats and don't go to a doctor for their illness until it is too late. Secondly, how do these people come to know that magic has been done on the patient? They know this because they themselves are magicians. He adviced everyone to not go to these crooks who take money unjustly but to cure magic, evil eye, etc. use the authentic proofs from Qur'aan and Sunnah. But yes, even this beneficial book of Shaykh Aal ash shaykh and Shaykh Rabee hafithahumullaah should be translated because of the great benefit.

Here are some other beneficial links in English:-

salaam. thanks for the beneficial reply and links. i had a copy of that talk by Shaikh Badee but i have mispalced and noe i cant seen to find a copy anywhere either in the bookshops or on the net.

But yeah the work needs to be translated in the urdu speaking language as our people are highly engrossed in kufr and shirk when it comes to Ruqya as they dont have any knowledge on the subject.

Ruqyaa by the one who is not proficient with the Qur'aan by Shaykh Rabi' Madkhali

Question :

The one who has not perfected the recitation of the Qur'aan , is it permissible for him to perform ruqyaa [1] ?

Answer :

It is permissible for him to perform ruqyaa ; if he is forced (by necessity) to that.

But he must know :
{ The one (who is) proficient in (recitation of) the Qur'aan is with the honourable, noble angels. And the one who recites the Qur'aan and stammers whilst finding it difficult upon him, has two rewards} [2] .

Meaning he is rewarded, even if he stammers in its recitation.

And if he is not able to perfect (his recitation of the) Qur'aan, let him recite and strive to perfect his recitation.

Footnotes:
[1] Ruqyaa: Healing through reciting words from the Qur'aan and/or supplications from the authentic Sunnah.
[2] Saheeh Muslim (No. 1329) and Ibn Maajah (No. 3679)
