Topic: Some questions(mainly for Aboo Tasneem Dawud Adib)

  As-salam-u-alaykum,
I would be grateful if Aboo Tasneem or anyone else who can clarify the following:
1. On a tape (on Adab-al-Mufrad), Aboo Tasneem explained that the response to the woman who says `alhamdoulillah' on sneezing is `yarhamukumullah' instead of `yarhamukillah'. Can anyone bring statements from the scholars to explain which response is correct?
2. On another tape Aboo Tasneem mentioned a hadeeth about the meat of the cow containing a disease or something along those lines. Can anyone post the full hadith please?
3. If I remember correctly, I think I heard Aboo Tasneem mention something regarding `burping' on a tape. Can anyone post the relevant information as to what the sunnah says regarding belching (specially relevant now in Ramadan when we get treated by all sorts of odours during the night prayer, lol...).
Jazak Allahu Khair.
Was-salam
Ya'qub

1-I mentioned (to the best of my memory) that there is no text stating that the woman is responded to by the feminine address, so until then we should say what is recorded. Since I don't know how to place the Arabic or English numbers next to the Arabic text, then you should know that the following is number two (2)and I hope you have Arabic support to read this hadeeth that you requested:

البان البقر شفاء و سمنها دواء ولحومها داء

3-Since we have no text stating what to say concerning burping, belching and the like then we don't say anything like we do for sneezing!

As for the belching itself, then that was already addressed in the class on the (al-Adabul Mufrad)tapes!
