Assalaamu Alaykum.. Out of curiosity, I would like to know who 'Shaykh' Wajdi al-Ghazaawi is. I have heard about him on more than one occasion. However I haven't got a clue as to who he is. Salaamu Ailaykum, If you get the tapes, "Who is Sunni" (Formerly Daarul Hadith's Adams Mark Conference) by our brother Dawud Adib, you will get information on how Wajdi al-Ghazaawi is not from among the Ulemah and he is not upon Salafiyyah. I haven't listened to them in a while. Currently I'm very busy but Inshallaah, I'll check them out and post some details. Perhaps someone else can provide information about him. Wa Alaikumus Salam This miskeen Wajdi al-Ghaazawi is a student of Safar al-Hawaali. His name often appears on Qutoobi/Suroori conference flyers alongside other speakers known for their deviation. http://www.salafitalk.net/st/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=6&Topic=193 perhaps others can add more info concerning this individual.
