Assalamu Alaikum I remember reading an article/book(?) some time ago. Where it mentioned the words of the Allamah Ash-Shaykh Saleh al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullah), when he was asked about some Khariji takfiris, who say: 'that the lands of the Kuffaar are all 'Darul Harb'; therefore it is allowed to rob the banks and take the kufaar women as concubines etc'. Shaykh Saleh al-Uthaymeen called these people 'the People of lusts'. Does anybody know where I could find this quote from Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen? I think I read it in the salafipublications website, if so please give the URL. Jazzak Umullahu Khairan.
