as salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah ikhwaan, InshaAllah ta'ala, if someone can give me daleel on the permissibility or impermissibility of imitating the kuffar in our manners of dress for our nikah. A sister is insisting it is permissible to wear the 'white wedding dress' similiar to that of the kuffar, when we marry. Can someone please send this daleel ASAP?? The ayat about not imitating the kuffar was not sufficient for this sister (astaghfirullah), so if there are any additional/supporting proofs from the Ulema, please share.
