As-Salaamu' Alaikum wa' Rahma tu'Llahi wa berta khatu, There are some salafi brothers who are close to us who are making intentions and acting towards making hijrah to Malaysia. One brother has already been there and back and knows salafis personally who are there in Malaysia. Can one of the du'aat and/ or a salafi brother/ sister from Malaysia post nasihah from the mashayikh as-salafiyoon or nasihah from 'elm towards or against brothers making hijrah to Malaysia. Jazaakum'Allahu'kuli'khairun jami'aan. Baarak-Allaahu Feekum - wa sal-Allaahu wa-sallam 'alaa Nabiyyinaa Muhammad, was-Salaam 'alaykum wa-Rahmatullaahe wa-Barakaatuh. Assalamu alaikum,I would just like to add for those thinking of coming to Malaysia the following points:- 1)only about 55% of the population is Muslim 2)officially the aqeedah is Ashaairah/Matureediyya 3)the language is Malay not Arabic 4)we have no salafi masjid/da'wah center where you can learn the salafi manhaj and be connected to the scholars 5)there are no da'i here to my knowledge who are on the salafi mahaj and connected to the scholars. 6)There is much bid'ah in the masjids around the country and among the lay muslim population. 7)There is no separation/hijab between men and women in the schools and institution. Women covered in proper hijab is a rare sight. 8)The shariah law is only applied in family law but in a deformed manner. Insha Allaah this is some further information that i hope will be of benefit. We pray to Allaah that the condition here will improve and the students of knowledge who are connected firmly to the scholars can come and bring the da'wah to Malaysia.Wassalam
