Assalaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullah I have some confusion about this. When i read hadeeth for example from Sahih Al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim and others. Can i just act upon that hadeeth without asking scholars to explain the meaning of hadeeth? or should i ask from scholars to explain me how Salaf practiced that hadeeth? I am asking because i read some posts and brothers only reply with hadeeth to the question and they dont mention which scholar explained that hadeeth as an answer to the particuler question. That is why I was thinking may be there are some rulers about these issues..Allaah knows best..Can someone plz make some clarification on this issue. wa'alaykum salam Abu Ayyub Farid Al Bukhari.
