In the name of Allah, Ar-Rahman, Ar-Raheem Shaykh Ibn Baz was asked about the language of the Jinns, and he responded by saying: " What is apparent is that the jinns are like mankind; they have many different languages. There are some who speak English, some speak French, some are American, and some are non-Arab and some Arab. There are different groups from them, because Allah said about them (translated meaning), " There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary; we are groups having different ways (religious sects)" [suratul ýJinn: 11]. They are different groups, and Allah said about them (translated meaning),"And of us some are Muslims and of us some are Al-Qaasitun (disbelievers- deviated from the correct path)" [suratul-Jinn: 14]. They are categories and groups. From them are good, evil, Jahmiyah, Sunni, Raafidi, Christian, Jew, and other than this. They are different categories and groups. "There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary; we are groups having different ways (religious sects)" [suratul ýJinn: 11] Allah's statement (translated meaning): "and some the contrary" includes other groups."
