  Assalamu alaikum!

"EVEN IF YOU GIVE ME THE SUN IN ONE HAND AND THE MOON IN THE OTHER, I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE UP THIS DEEN"

I wanted to know In shaa Allah if anyone could tell me if this hadith is saheeh or dhaif.I do not know the reference to this hadith.

The first step in knowledge is to listen, then to be quiet and attentive, then to preserve it, then to put it into practice and then to spread it.[Sufyan Ibn Unaiynah(Rahimahullah)]

There is a narration of similiar meaning mentioned in:

The Path to Attaining Clarification Concerning The Three Fundamental Principles (Partial Translation)
By The Noble Shaykh Zayd Ibn Muhammad Ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee
An Explanation of Shaykhul-Islaam Muhammad Ibn 'Abdul-Wahhaab's 'Thalaathatul-'Usool'.

The direct link to the pdf is: http://www.troid.org/media/pdf/sharhthalaathatulusool.pdf and if you go to page 73 you'll find the narration that I believe you are referring to. There is a footnote (#81) that goes with the narration and mentions where it is found and its classification.

  Update:

Also refer to the article at http://www.salafitalk.net/st/viewmessages.cfm?forum=6&topic=10399 which has more clarity on the narration:

Assalam alaykoum wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu

The hadeeth is Dhaeefoun Mou'adhaloun as it has been stated by al'alaama Alalbaani rahimahu Allahu ta'ala in silsilatou alahaadeethi adha'eefati hadeeth number 909 volume 2 page 310-311  maktaba almaaref 2000 edition and he said rahimahou Allah that it has been reported through another chain of narration which is hassan BUT with an other wording:
I am not any more able to leave that for you, than you are able to take a flaming torch from it i.e. the sun- for me.>>
hadeeth 92 in silsilatou alahadeethi assahiha Volume 1 part 1 page 194-195 maktaba almaaref 1995 edition
I have checked in the arabic version of The Path to Attaining Clarification
Concerning the Three Fundamental Principles of sheih Zayd almadkhali hafidhahou Allah page 93 alfurqan 2001 edition and i found that sheikh fawaaz bin ali almadkhali hafidhalou who has done the book and the takhreej of the ahadeeth said: silsilatou alahadeeth adhaeefa and he quote the reference written above.
If you look in the translation in English in pdf of troid you find the word
Saheeh!
I didn't find it in the arabic version of sheikh zayd's book
maybe a print mistake

wa Allahou a'alam
wafaqa Allahou aljamee'limaa youhibouhou wa yardhaahou
