The morals of the Prophet (peace be upon him)

Fourth question from Fatwa No. (9071):

Q 4: What was the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him) like at home? What were his morals?

A: The morals of the Prophet (peace be upon him) were the Qur'an as was mentioned in the account given by `Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about him. She derived that account from Allah's saying:Surah Al-Qalam, 68: 4 And Verily, you (O Muhammad peace be upon him) are on an exalted (standard of) character.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) dealt mildly and gently with his family. He used to help them in performing their household duties until the prescribed time of Salah was due.

We advise you to read the Qur'an and the books of Hadith and biography in order to get more information.

We also advise you not to ask questions about things that you can learn by yourself.

May Allah grant us success! May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions!
