As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah I am seeking advice in order to help determine if a marriage is valid or not. Here is the scenerio: This couple is married through the state and islam. Talaq was pronounced with no witnesses both parted and fell off the deen. Adultery was committed. Since then both have returned to Islam and are wondering if their marriage is still valid.
