As Salaamu Alaikum, Can a Muslim living in a non-Muslim country(USA), if he is the victim of or witnesses a crime(e.g. murder, rape, robbery, drug deal etc) call the police to forbid the evil by speaking against it? Kindest Regards, Aaliah
