As Salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu,

This post is on behalf of my beloved wife.  She is not a member of the site and asked me to post this for her.  Basically she is seeking some nisiha and more exactly a perspective based on the deen regarding manic depression and what is excused by Allaah Tabarak wa Ta'ala when it comes to the individual who suffers from it.  She basically needs to understand what she is and is not excused from when it comes to her day to day life.  A lot of things are not as easy for her as they would be for anyone else, wallahu 'alum  This includes 'ibadaat, personal obligations, and family life to name a few.  Any guidance in this matter would be deeply appreciated.

Jazakallahu kulli khair,

Min 'abdillah:

Note:  Admin I apologize yet again for posting in the wrong section.  Could you please post this in the appropriate area as I did not mean to place this post here.  Again my sincerest apologies.
