Bismillah! As Salamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh! Please can someone direct me to a thread on women travelling alone. My situation is unique and I need some clarification. I was recently reminded about it and need to know the hadeeths. I have no Mahrams and the only way to see my husband is to travel to see him; there is no way for him to be able to see us; this is not by his choice. I currently reside in Upstate NY and was considering to move to Northern NJ to be closer to a Salafi Community and to be 2 hrs. away from him (he is in Southern NJ), but was told if I moved to Northern NJ I couldn't go and visit him.
