salaam alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu al hamdulillah was salat was salaam 'ala rasoolullah wa 'ala ali wa sahbihi was salaam ama ba'ad i came across a brother who told me about the six points of when backbiting is permissable by imam an-nawawi which points out these times when its permissable and i've heard they are pointed out in the book The methodolgy of ahluls sunnah wal jammah on critcizing books individuals and groups i dont own a copy and dont know where to order a copy in the U.S. but can someone please tell me these 6 points jazak allah khayr jazak allah khayr, Sa'ad As-Salafi

You can get this book in the US by ordering from here. Regarding the 6 points, if you search you would be able to find them on one of the salafee websites and most probably even on Salafitalk. Perhaps, one of the brothers/sisters can give the link.
