Assalamu Alaykum As the one that posted the original Bayaan in error...I feel that it is my responsibility to let it be known the following matters especially as there are now "refutations" on a matter that I mistakenly opened up. 1) That the Bayaan that I posted was not the version that was intended to be publicized. Indeed the version that I posted was akin to my rummaging in the wastepaper basket and piecing together the shredded pieces. This was a grave mistake on my part and one that I have made tawba for if Allah accepts it. 2) That because of my mistake and hastiness I have been advised and I greatfully accept the naseeha that I have been given as regards to ; (a) staying away from those issues which I do not have comprehensive understanding or knowledge. (b) Not acting in a hasty manner as indeed haste is from As Shaytaan and (c) Leaving these fiqh/minhaj matters to those that have the ability to deal with and talk about these matters. I sincerely apologize to those that responded and were affected due to my mistake , especially Brother Abu Usamah. May Allah Guide Us All To Do That which is Sincere for His Face. Ameen.
