Suhayb Hasan - The Hizbee Asslaamu alaykum, This is a masjid run by people of hizbiyyah and dalaalah. Suhayb Hasan is its chairman. This individual has been refuted by the people of Sunnah and their Scholars. So Shaykh Rabee', Shaykh Muqbil, Shaykh Muhammad Ibn Haadee and others have refuted him for bid'ee, hizbee manhaj, which in essence is the manhaj of Ikhwaanul-Mufliseen. Amongst his errors are: His co-operation with the groups and sects of destruction and misguidance such as Ikhwaan, Suroorees and even the extreme soofees. He asked the Lajna Daa'imah, when Imaam Ibn Baaz was at the head of it, whether it was permissible to work with such innovators in the lands of the kuffaar - Ibn Baaz's answer and that of Permanent Committee was decisive - That it is not permissible. Yet this hizbee, deviant Suhayb Hasan ignored the answer of the Major scholars and claimed his own ijtihaad was better! This Suhayb Hasan has allowed for many years the likes of the Suroorees/takfeerees to deliver lectures in his masjid. The likes of Alee Timeemee and Idrees Palmer. Even Ashar'arees/Soofee/Muqallids have been invited to deliver talks in his masjid. The likes Syed Darsh. Suhayb Hasan has spoken ill and publically attacked the major scholars like Shaykh Muqbil and Shaykh Rabee'. He has defended the hizbee Ihyaa Turaath Al-Islaamee and its spiritual leader to this day, the innovator Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul-Khaaliq (as mentioned by Shaykh Muqbil). So this man and his masjid should be abandoned and warned against as Shaykh Muqbil did when he was alive. And likewise, his staunch supporter Abu Aaliyah Surkheel who has accompanied and defended Suhayb Hasan in his evil for many years. The Salafis should establish their own masjid in East London. May Allaah give them the ability. Wassallaam alaykum.
