As salamu Alaikum!, Could someone please inform me about the condition of those who live in non-islamic countries, and their permissibility to do so, if they have aged parents to care for. Is this going against the teachings of islaam, as believers we are encouraged to live in the land of the muslims and to make hijrah from the land of the disbelievers?
