Upon speaking with the brother Aboo 'Abdur-Rahmaan in Bahrain today, I was informed that Shaykh Fawzee is currently ill. He informed me that Shaykh Fawzee became ill during his recent 'Umrah trip. He said that when Shaykh Fawzee was in Makkah, he wished to visit al-'Allaamah Rabee'us-Sunnah. However, due to his illness he was not able to leave the hotel. So some of the Salafee youth met Shaykh Rabee' in the Haram and informed him that Shaykh Fawzee al-Atharee from Bahrain had come to visit him, but was remaining at the hotel due to illness. So Shaykh Rabee' went to the hotel and visited Shaykh Fawzee. May Allaah increase us in love and true rifq for Ahlus-Sunnah the way that the Salafee mashaayikh and tullaabul-'ilm have for each other. And may Allaah grant Shaykh Fawzee, Shaykh Rabee' and the rest of the mashaayikh of Ahlus-Sunnah today good health and a long life in service to Islaam and the Muslims. Assalam-o-Alayqum I met Shaykh Muqbil in the hotel he was staying in, in Makkah in September 2000. Upon speaking to the Shaykh through a brother who was translating for me. I asked the Shaykh if he could give some naseehah for the brother in the UK to which he replied: "Go and ask Shaykh Rabee' to give you some naseehah." He then added "or you can wait until I return to Yemen and then call me and insha'Allaah I will give you naseehah over the phone." This was never to happen for only a short time later Shaykh Muqbil ibn Haadee' al-Waadi'ee died (May Allaah enter him in to Jannah al-Firdaws, ameen). But look at who the Shaykh directed me towards for my desired naseehah (at that time the Shaykh was in some severe pain from his ilness (rahimahullah ta'ala). And today we have people openly creating fitnah by making false statements against the people of knowledge. May Allaah guide us all to that which earns his pleasure and increases in our hearts the love of the ulema of the haqq (Dawah Salafeeyah) ameen. May Allah give Shaykh Fawzee al-Atharee a speedy recovery so that he can benefit the people with the Book and the Sunnah with the understanding of the Salaf of this ummah, ameen. lABAASAN TAHOORAN inshaallaah, May Allaah make him better and continue to serve the Ummah, Ameen. Following on from the previous post, about the wasiyyah of Sheikh Muqbil rahimahullaah, then when i visited him while he was in hospital in Jeddah before his death rahimahullaah, he too directed any question to Sheikh Rabee' ibn Haadi al Madkhali hafidhahullaah and at that time Maghrawee was the fitnah and I advise Maghrawee to take his errors back in writing and to give me a copy and sheikh Rabee' a copy. Rahimallaahu Sheikh Muqbil قال تعالى:{إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر وإنا له لحافظون} قال الشيخ السعدي - رحمه الله - في تفسيره (3/31): " فلا يحرف محرف معنى من معانيه( القرآن ) إلا وقيض الله له من يبين الحق المبين وهذا من أعظم آيات الله ونعمه على عباده المؤمنين".
