Does the excretion of pre-ejactulation of the man break his fast?
Is it that of impurity or deemed pure as is semen?

And it is impure (najas), and therefore the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ordered that the penis be washed from it.
From 'Alee (رضي الله عنه) who said: "I was a man who had profuse pre-seminal discharge and I felt shy to ask the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم because of my position with respect to his daughter. So I told al-Miqdaad ibn al-Aswad (رضي الله عنه), and he asked him. So he said:

I actually wanted to know the circumstance regarding to the state of ones' fast in relation to the "Madhi?" As it is know to keep away from that which causes desires through the duration of holding the fast.
Also what category is the "Madhi" in relation to it being an impurity or it being pure?
