  Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem,

Does anyone know the fiqh ruling on enrolling in
payment plans that don't charge 'interest' in the
conventional sense, but they charge a one time
fee (i.e. $25) to enroll or a monthly fee for each month
you are enrolled in the payment plan (i.e. $10 per month).

Barkallahu feekum,

Wassalaamu'alikum warahmatullah

  Wa'laikum issalaam warahmatullah

Jazakaallahu khaira,

It is clear that it is haraam and why,

Also, Akhi are you the Imaam of the masjid there?
I remember I meet you in Toronto last summer at
troid's conference, remember when we wanted to get
together in the same room?

Inshallah PM me so we can talk,
Assalaamu'alikum warahmatullah
