as salaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullaah-

I have a situation that I really need help with as soon as possible insha'Allaah and I pray to Allaah that someone will be able to help me.

I have been asked to go to the prison in my area to give da'wah to the women that are there (some are Muslimaat). I asked if the prison officials would give me a problem about my hijaab and I was told no. The brother then told my husband that I would have to remove my niqaab for the duration of my time there. Personally, I am a bit hesitant to do that, as I view niqaab as being waajib, but I do not know if this a situation in which the good would outweigh the evil. Do you know if it would be permissible for me to do this or if I should even be in this type of situation to begin with? They have not been able to find any other women to do it and the brother who visits the men's section is afraid of fitan that may arise if he were to teach the women.
