As-Salaamu' Alaikum, A brother mentioned to me a hadith and I have yet to find the dhaleel for it, that one of the Amiru'Mu'mineen (I have forgotten who, insha-Allah someone can help me with the authenticity of the sunnah) would put a miswaak to his top lip and trim what fell below it. It was also noted that nothing was mentioned of the khalifa cutting the top part. Allahu' Alum.
